Location in Bucerias was perfect.

Spartan furnishings. No sink in the concrete kitchenette. Minimalist coffee maker provided with no coffee. Concrete bed pedestal, concrete bedside tables. 1 towel hook. rating is 2/5 and value is 1/5. You have to access the property by the back door.

Restaurant in building was excellent. Beach access and proximity to many restaurants was excellent. Security of building was good. Enjoyed the pool and cleanliness of this area.

For the price we paid, and what was represented as the room facilities by booking.com it did not meet our expectations. The posting said it had a sofa which it did not, bare minimum of kitchen accessories and no kitchen sink. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom. Two plastic chairs and a cement ledge as a table within the room to look out the window to pool view. We had mistakenly assumed there would be a balcony. No cleaning supplies provided and had to book and pay extra to have the room cleaned. No accessories to use for the beach such as beach chairs and umbrella. Previous accommodations in Puerta Vallarta provided this.

The Manager at the Lofts, Maritza Martínez was excellent. Her communication leading up to and during our stay was outstanding.

The furniture in the living area was uncomfortable. The kitchen layout was a bit odd. As an example, the microwave is mounted so high it can't be used without a step stool. The unit comes with a clothes washer, but not a dryer. Rules prohibit hanging anything outside to dry, so having the washer was useless. It seemed like several small minor things aded up to be a bit annoying..eg.no dish rag or towel. Minor I know..but a few things like this. And lastly, the pool is nice but it's heated to way too hot. It just wasn't enjoyable to use.

The location is 1 block from the beach and near lots of bars and restaurants. The manager, Marisa, was excellent she responded to our questions promptly before our stay and took care of any small problems immediately while we were there.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. Maybe the kitchen chairs weren't real comfortable but there were lots of throw pillows to put on them.

Fabulous restaurant for all meals. Totally amazing bakery. Staff were so easy going, kind and fun. Wonderful oasis very stylish from the grounds to the rooms.

Clean, modern studio apartment. On street with numerous restaurants, and one row back from the beach. Good security system and pool is well maintained.

Weird pricing. For a place charging over $150 a night, having NO INCLUDED room cleaning and the POSSIBILITY of paying for electricity usage is shocking (they have a certain amount per day, which if exceeded, you would be charged). There's also a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee, sugar etc. Again, very weird at this price point.

This property is very modern and bright. I like the concrete style. We had a sea view room with kitchenette which was nice. it’s a short walk to the sea and local restaurants. it’s also not far to walk to the supermarket. The pool and area is lovely and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The restaurant downstairs is perfect for food but it does close at 2pm. the kitchenette has all facilities you would need to cook and also has filter water for drinking.

I’m not sure why but the room was really hot. we have stayed in several hotels/apartment blocks in PVR but this was just so warm. we had the aircon and fan on but it didn’t stay cool. The patio doors made weird cracking and banging sounds all the time especially during the night. the fridge has a very bright light and makes sound all night. it also gets warm which could be adding to temperature in the room. you also have to pay more for cleaning if you want it and you are only allowed to use 25kw of electricity otherwise there is a surcharge. This made us nervous about having the aircon on all the time.

The team is really serviceable and the restaurant in the bottom very convenient. Place is very spacious and comfortable and it really feels you have your own place.

Very close to a great beach. Yummy restaurant on the first floor. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The pool was super clean and the perfect temperature.

I didn't realize that our rooms wouldn't be cleaned every day. We asked for a cleaning and they accommodated with no issues. There is a lot of construction happening so it's a bit loud.

It’s certainly not their fault but there was tons of building construction going on right next door so it was very noisy all day. Also, I may have missed it in the description but apparently rly housekeeping is an extra cost.
