Very nice condo to stay for the weekend. The property managers were very responsive and extended the checkout time for me. I did not get the email about how to get into the condo until we checked out on Sunday. However, I was able to get in touch with the property manager to give to get into the condo until Sunday. The fireplace was not working because there was no gas. I was very disappointed about that. The heat waa also a challenge since it is multiple floors and the bottom floor gets hot and we couldn’t use the fireplace and turn the heat down.

Amazing stay, however... the lodge doesn't tell you, if you are not a member and want access to the pool, spa, gym, etc you need to purchase a pass on there website. The lodges where clueless about this. Very good stay.

My daughter and I stayed overnight and went horseback riding across the street from the property and had dinner over at Crystal Springs. Was very comfortable and clean! Wish there was deck furniture for coffee in the morning! Would consider again!! Thanks guys!

If you're charging high cleaning fees and additional fees you should not be expected to strip beds and take the trash with you. The fireplace didn't work and no chairs on the decks, bathroom outlets didn't work, view from all windows is parked cars, hard lumpy bed in master bedroom.

Overall every aspect was A+ The Townhouse at Great Gorge Village is perfectly located between activities, stores and restaurants. The space was perfect for my family getaway (my husband and I, parents, mother in law and 11 yr old son). Large sofa for us all! Modern minimal decor, nice sized rooms, very firm mattresses, plush pillows and comforters and clean bathrooms. AC was working and easy to control. Lots of games were provided for family fun. The kitchen is tiny but we managed 2 ppl at a time during prep and cooking time. There is no furniture on the balconies so we couldn’t enjoy a morning coffee out there but still very nice to have. This property is on a gated resort community so security is present 24/7. The resort offers tons of activity options for non resort members. From the resort we purchased the “Swing and Swim” passes $65 (golf, swim, gym, basketball, steam, sauna and $15 voucher at one of their bars for food / drink) . Then less then a mile away on another day we went to the Mountain Creek water park, AMAZING FUN, literally a 5 min drive! Then on another day my son and husband enjoyed a morning horse back ride RIGHT across the street from the resort. All the horses are rescues so tips are encouraged. Communication with Charlie & Kelly was wonderful. Both quick to respond, amicable, helpful and friendly. I had a spill of products in my suitcase and was able to use the laundry as well (providing my own detergent). We stayed 4 nights and never heard a peep from the neighbors. Very quiet and relaxing stay. I will definitely book again and plan on making this house one of our go to family getaway locations. We even saw a bear on the property. Tons of great memories were made here. Also, in the winter this location is a ski resort. A++ Thank you again!

Difficult time getting through security gate took 15 min while security verified that we were allowed there. Had to beg for access code to dryer - we spent all day on a boat and had towels that needed to be dried I called and was told that you only got the dryer if you were staying for 4 days! After arguing they finally texted me the dryer code. The towels they provided were hidden in the 2 Nd bedroom closet - we didn’t find them until the day of check out. No private pool - it’s a community pool 6 min walk down a steep hill Beds were very uncomfortable. Huge tv in 2 Nd bedroom but none in master bedroom Hallway shower didn’t work water was a slow drip - called and they were going to send a plumber that never happened. We had 6 teenage girls and 1 shower ! No blinds or curtains on the sliding doors Stay at the minerals hotel at least they have nice pool options We stayed here from 6 pm to 11 am and it was a pretty awful stay.

I wish we had more time to enjoy this property, but our single night was delightful. We stayed with relatively young children (7, 2, and 6mo), so my only suggestion would be a pair of baby gates and a pack and play. If you have young children it might throw you into a bit of a panic attack, but the home is beautiful. Our oldest loved the lofted bedroom, and every space was well decorated and comfortable.
