Local residents to the area. However, each July 4, we spend a short staycation for the wife's bday and the 4th at Little Harbor. We've stayed in 6+ different townhomes / condo locations on Bahia Beach Blvd.
The accommodations at this location were the best we've encountered. Having the garage availability with games for the kids/adults was 5-star. This was used everyday by our family. Nice place to retreat for an adult beverage or two as well.
The living area was clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen on hand. Just bring the ingredients to compile your food.
The bed / bathroom in the master was great. The bed was firm and adequate airflow with the fans and a/c cranking. It can get stupid hot in July, so this was important. The other beds were nice and comfy as well.
Overall, of course we will look to book here again. Rented a golf cart from an offsite company (SSCC). It's operated by a locally well known owner and located close to LH.
Thank you Lindsey and family!!! The communication from the owner and the flexibility they had with us was 2nd to none. The owners even gave us a little unexpected surprise for the wife's bday... Can't beat an early checkin, when available... ;)

My husband and I stayed at Lindsey's fabulous unit for the month of November. Our grown children & grandchildren joined us for 2 of the weeks and the space was perfect for two sets of adults and the grand kids. We enjoyed watching the manatees during our morning coffee and throughout the day. The location was a perfect jumping off spot to Siesta Key, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The beach and pool are so relaxing and a short walk from the unit. The use of the golf cart was also appreciated! We took advantage of the tiki room and bbq as well. Lindsey is a super host who responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this unit for long term stays!

Location: If you aren't a boater there really isn't much to do locally. Even the restaurants out side of the property are really just basic. There are a few gems out there to drive to. You really need to drive to see nice beaches, which we did do, 50 min. from Anna Marie Is., 50 min. away from Treasure Isl. I guess we were spoiled being able to be in the heart of a beach location, which this really was not as the beach was rather small, dark water and seaweed. There were no rentals such as jet skies as the sign indicates on the description of the site. Perhaps it was the time of year that we went. If you are truly looking for rest and relaxation this may just be for you. The sunsets when not cloudy are really worth seeing down by the beach area. I do not think this area sprays for bugs as other areas such as Clearwater and Indian Rocks does so beware of the bites.
For the the townhouse itself it was nice & quaint, 3 bedrooms & baths were definitely a plus. One thing I would suggest is putting better pictures up of the rooms as it is hard to gage the size of the rooms by the close up pictures that are on the site. I did feel the main living space was pretty small. Another suggestion is to state that there are 2 flights of stairs in this townhouse, in case you have people joining you who have trouble doing stairs. Lindsey, the owner was very nice and accommodating. She even over-nighted beach towels to us when I could not find them.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the shuffleboard table and darts in the tiki bar. Loved having the golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood in. Host was very responsive and super friendly.

My family loved this place. My 18 year old daughter had her own bathroom for the first time in her life … she was thrilled. Plenty of room and located in a secure safe area. When it was time to leave … the kids were begging to stay a little longer. It was really a home away from home.
The host of this property is special … staying in contact … sharing tips … very welcoming.
If the opportunity arises … we would not hesitate to book this location again.

The property and the owners were great. We felt at home and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the shower in the primary bedroom ensuite was slippery. I would definitely stay again.

Lindsey is truly a super host! The house is just as described, amazing features and close to the beach and other activities. Great little get away for my family! We would love to stay again!

One important note: I wouldn't recommend this rental for anyone who has trouble with stairs. There is a steep flight to get to the main level and a 2nd flight to get to the primary bedrooms.
Outside of the stairs, we LOVED this rental. The space was adorable & super convenient. The beds were comfy; there were so many kitchen utensils & handy beach things. The bar area & golf cart were great bonuses! It was clean and offered everything we expected. Watching the manatees off the patio is no joke - we saw them playing every morning!
Outside of the physical location & building, what made this rental far & away one of the best we've ever stayed in was the host, Lindsey. When we ran into last minute unexpected changes with our trip, she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, responsive, and so helpful. Lindsey's fantastic customer service continued once we made it to the condo: We ran into a couple of small issues that we let her know about right away. In no time at all, she responded, offered solutions, but was also very respectful of our time - not wanting to take away from our vacation. Lindsey was simply amazing & hands down the best vacation rental host we've ever had.
We will definitely be back to Ruskin. Thank you again for everything Lindsey! ❤️

Could not ask for more! The property was as advertised, just wonderful! The resort itself and the two restaurants are excellent. Best fish and chips I have ever had at Hooks, and the grilled shrimp skewers at Sunset Grill are simply awesome!
We have been to Little Harbor many times, and we still love it. This townhouse was great as well. Everything we needed, and then some. Great view of the Manatees hanging out in the marina every day. Just too cool.
And finally, our host, Lindsey was terrific to work with. Very responsive and informative. If this unit is available next time we come, and we will definitely be coming back, we will book here!!! Thanks again Lindsey!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bahia Beach Resort in Little Harbor. The townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The beach and Sunset Grille in Little Harbor are fun places to visit and the sunsets are incredible.
The stay was made special by our host Lindsey, she is amazing and welcoming. She was quick to respond to any questions we might have and offered suggestions on things we might enjoy seeing and doing.
We had such a great time that we have booked another visit for next year.

This home is great if your traveling with kids. There was space for my kids to each have their own bed and enough flex space for all of to stretch you.
One of our favorite parts was our morning coffee watching the Manatees swim and come up for air.
This space is absolutely a hidden gem for the amazing sunsets! With a quick ride up to the beach you won’t be disappointed when you watch the amazing sunsets.
Lindsey was very quick to answer any of our questions and provided lots of information on the property and of things to do.
We will definitely spread the word to our family and friends for there future trips.

This was the absolute best experience I have had with VROB host! Lindsey was on top of things to say the least. Her property is gorgeous and smells so nice! That is strange to say but it was memorable so there it is. :) the location is off the beaten path but a short drive to all the beautiful beaches. I will be a returning renter for sure!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The communication from the owner, Lindsey, was amazing. She always responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. We had some small issues upon arrival, and Lindsey was willing to drive several hours to come correct the issues, which were minimal enough that we declined the offer. We had all we needed for a short stay, including the nice (upscale) soaps and shampoos, beach towels, k-cups, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The golf cart was so nice to have, although the steering was a bit challenging. A few things to note: There is not an automatic icemaker in the kitchen, so if you plan on blending a lot of drinks you need to get ice. Also, the Tiki Bar and game area, while very nice, is also not accessible from inside the house as it's in the converted garage. Not a huge deal, but we had younger children and it meant that we needed to be with them at all times while in the game area. Some of the blinds are wonky and missing slats, which made the room a bit brighter in the mornings. Finally, there is a mandatory damage insurance fee (or huge deposit) which is required when booking. I have not experienced that before and when staying just a few days, made a significant difference to the total cost.
All in all we had a very nice time and were very impressed with Lindsey's communication. She definitely wants her guests to have the best time possible and it shows.

We had an amazing vacation getaway !
The condo was located within 30 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. It was a very quiet and clean community and the beach was awesome. Sunset grille has a cool bartender and reasonable prices 😊
We are definitely coming back at the end of summer !

Wonderful place. The golf cart was the best, so easy to get around. Plenty of room. Our one year old loved the bunk room, low to the ground gaming chairs and big tv to watch his “Hey Bear” show. Lindsey was a great host and easy to work with, great communication. Highly recommend.

Ruskin Stay
We had an amazing time at Little Harbor resort! It had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. The condo was amazing and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were very comfortable even with a larger group. It was an easy walk/golf cart drive to both the beach and pool and the restaurants on the resort were great! Lindsey was super kind and very responsive! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Ruskin.

We hate to leave this little piece of paradise!
We just can’t say enough about the peace and quiet of this property. Nature abounds! We enjoyed the manatees visiting us every morning ( I’ll miss them). Lindsey is a spectacular host and provided a clean, homey atmosphere for our months stay. We hope to return in the future💕 I highly recommend this rental.

Amazing stay
This property was absolutely amazing. The accommodation is very spacious and it is well equipped. It was very clean and tidy. The communication with the host exceeded our expectations, she was very nice and helpful. The whole property was very nice and there was a lot to do. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely come back and stay again. This was the best property we have stayed at, ever. The tiki bar was so much fun! 10/10 stay.

Such a treat for my kids (12 & 15) and I to stay here! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the manatees in the mangroves, took the golf cart over to the resort restaurant, and was a reasonable driving distance for some day and afternoon trips out...I can definitely see us coming back.

The property was perfect. It was our first time using VRBO so I was clumsy with the check-in process. I'll do better next time. The owner was patient and responsive. Nice appointments and supplies.
