- Choice of activities: swimming pool, saunas, badminton, nordic sticks, running on the grass. kids had a lot of fun; - Very good quality for the breakfast. We have not tried dinner buffet but it also looked good and very nice price; - Premises: sauna area was renovated, we liked that it has a lot of rooms but it was also great that rooms building is located on the hill with the amazing view of the lake In general we really liked in there and definitely want to return.

- It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but maybe it goes beyond 3* hotel; - Rooms are in quite old building and somehow i had a difficulty to find a socket. The only one i found was covered by a bed so needed to move it in order to use. - The hook was missing which helps to keep the front door open However honestly these are very minor things.

Surrounding nature.

We asked a room for a physically challenged, but got a room where the car had to be left far away and route to room had a steep slope. We made the reservation Aug 16th for Sep 30th, so well in advance. Room had broken curtains, one screw was missing from door handle and the other one was loose, bulb burned in room and shower floor should be cleaned. We had to wait almost one hour to get the main course, when arriving to restaurant there was customers only in 2 tables. Breafast tables was not cleaned, everyone carried dishes to trollets, but nobody wiped the tables. Some of the personnell was friendly, some didn’t care, obviously they were short staffed. We was not brave enough to check the spa.

Atmosphere is perfect to relax good location love the cleanliness of the entire place!!

the stuff was impolite. I almost got fooled when they tried to charge me more for the dinner Buffet. swimming pool full of hair. they you don’t get the bracelet for the spa until the opening time, and you have to queue too long to get it. No bath room for the kids. less than average room.
