We loved the location and the historic building and especially our balcony window overlooking the street.

We were there when it was cold and it was difficult to keep the apartment warm, maybe because we wanted to be considerate and not leave the heat on all day when we were out. We would happily stay here again, maybe when a bit warmer.

Most sightseeing venues in walking distance. Washing machine and a hanger. Great atmosphere of the building and the apartment krenovated retaining the old style. Host Manuel gave us a good introduction.

Public transport to/from railway station not ideal, but we knew that beforehand. Chose location, because we were close to friends and will return happily. WiFi was a bit sketchy.

perfectly located to major sightseeing spots in the city. very nice and easy reachable staff. a very comfy couch to sleep on (we stayed with 4, but beds are perfect for 6).

EVERYTHING! the location is perfect. The apartment is beautiful and relaxing, very quite but most of all it is super clean with anything you may need, even a washing machine that was a bless after 10 days in Spain moving from town to town. The check in was super easy and they text me everyday to make sure we don’t need anything. That apartment deserve more than 5 stars.

Great location on the edge of Granada's old town, and a short walk to a local plaza with plenty of bus connections, cabs and places to eat. Cool and comfortable overall, though the single beds might not suit adults as very soft. Met by a host and plenty of text comms to make sure we were all okay. Easy to catch a bus to Alhambra for an early start, return to the apartment during the heat of the day, and return to Alhambra to finish the visit. Modern flamenco cultural events were laid on by a bank in the nearby plaza and open to non-residents, so a really good place to be based.

This is an older building in a busy central location, so not suitable for travellers who like a very quiet night. Also essential to note that you can't get anywhere near this in a private car - we parked out near the uni for relatively low cost and got a cab in and out with our cases. Cabs available at the bottom of the hill, so easier to walk and get one than book through the clunky local app. Two occasions with power tripping out - a local issue that went beyond the apartment - but the trip switches by front door so easy to reset.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful house in the old part of Granada. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Good equipped and good located underneath the Alhambra. Lot of restaurants around. Host very caring, let us check in earlier, good communication. Highly recommended if you want to experience the old part of Granada.

The location was excellent! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and so close to Alhambra & Sacromonte. What really made our stay the best was the host, Manuel. He was attentive to everything. He provided us with recommendations for tours, restaurants, and so much more. We ate at 4 of the restaurants/bars that he recommended, and they were all really good! He also helped to call a salon for us to book an appointment because we couldn't speak Spanish. Everything about the apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Granada!

Communication for check in was great, very easy to check in, we were also able to check in on arrival early which was appreciated. Given good info about area prior to check in, also available for any extra questions or help if needed. Perfect location and very comfortable bed. Nice building and good size. Quiet at night.

Just some minor attention to some details- sugar and salt would have been useful, kitchen was lacking some other supplies, a few plugs and lights didn’t work. But would highly recommend- lovely building, lovely location and great host. These are just some minor suggestions.

Location was great, apartment was nicely furnished, clean, staff were helpful and responsive, lovely views of the Alhambra from our apartment, comfy pillows, good shower

I would switch the full size dishwasher for a washing machine and have a suitable place to dry cups, plates etc. Also the bathroom, could do with better ventilation

Parking in the old town is really expensive and difficut, but with the help of the host, finally we made it.

Flat 1A, windows face inner courtyard so apartment quite dark. Even with shutters open difficult to get light in through them as they swing shut. Also dark colored feature wall adds to the need to have lights on in kitchen all day. Noise travels easily from apartment to apartment and from street outside. Shower stall and toilet could do with cleaning in corners and under rim.

Very spacious and clean. Everything was in working order and we didn’t have any issues with facilities provided during our stay. The manager was very helpful and helped us with local information and suggestions for places to eat. The property is a great location. On one of the oldest streets in Granada. You can see the Alhambra if you walk 20 meters out of the building.

Only one thing we would have liked was a washer/dryer machine. When we booked it showed that it was one for the facilities available but we were given an appointment with out one. We stayed for 6 days with three children and it would have made it easier to clean cloths. To be fair the staff were very helpful and found a solution.
