The property is very clean and pretty. Just what we needed for our weekend away. The host was a bit delayed in responding to a message upon arrival but we got it all worked out in the end.

Our stay was perfect in the cozy super clean house. Close to downtown Woodstock with restaurants and shopping. The owner responded quickly when I had questions.

In town for a concert with a friend . This little house was perfect for a girls getaway weekend. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, and was in a great location. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants . I would stay here again if in town .

This little house is very clean and well-appointed, with nice tv, wi-fi, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and bedroom. The king-size bed was super comfortable. Very easy to get in and out, with dedicated parking spot. Close to downtown Woodstock. There is a big step in the bathroom to be aware of if you have any access issues. Hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

What a great place to stay in Woodstock! The house was just as listed - perfectly clean, very comfortable, extremely convenient, and the owner was accessible and responsive with the one question I had during my stay. Will definitely be back!

This property is as listed. I just had a problem getting a hold of the owner and getting resolution on an issue. They did ultimately fix it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We much preferred staying at this Private Guest House than in an hotel room. It was very inviting and clean. It might have been helpful to have some written instructions on how to fully navigate the ROKU TV … Utilizing one in your own home is very different than at a rental property.

This apartment is immaculate! It is a very nice in size and décor. Is convenient to downtown Woodstock and was close to our family we where visiting. No complaints here! Would definitely stay here again

Very clean and well furnished for a short stay

My daughter was getting married and my Mother-in-law and her 93 Mother needed a place to stay for the week leading up to the wedding. We rented this house near our home for them to stay, and it really was perfect! For 2 people, it's a great little house, and the backyard was just fantastic! The older grandmother just loved sitting out on the deck and soaking in the sun. We also came over with the kids and enjoyed the pool, and we really had the best time! The ONLY thing I'd caution you on is that you share a backyard with the larger home on the property, so if both properties are occupied, you might be swimming with the other guests, but still better than a hotel pool, by longshot! The house was clean, comfortable, and has nice, modern appointments. The backyard is beautifully maintained, the decking is in top-quality shape, and the pool is kept clean and in great condition. You will probably need to skim the pool in the morning...this *IS* Georgia! There was some early confusion with the check-in, but the owner was super responsive and worked urgently with great communication. In the end, it was no problem at all. The owner couple are SO nice and just perfect hosts. Really the best! I will not hesitate to rent here again next time they visit. We might even rent the big house, too, so we can all enjoy the property! Thank you, Cynthia and Juan, for keeping my family members happy and so comfortable!

Nice place. Great for an extended stay in the area. The home was very clean and the bed comfortable. The minimal kitchen was perfect for two people. There is a step up in the bathroom which could be a challenge if you are not stable, but otherwise all one level. We would definitely stay there again.
