The property was in Seahouses about 15 mins walk to the centre. It was a good base to see Alnwick and Bamburgh castles. Clean and comfortable with well cooked breakfast.

We felt a bit isolated at first, as the breakfast was served to your room, so no chance to speak to other guests or the hosts, but we did get used to it.

Location great, room lovely, breakfasts really good. Very welcoming hosts.

Mattress and pillows were awful. When you turned over in bed felt like you were going to fall out. Pillows far too soft.

An excellent place to stay on the outskirts of Seahouses. The studio flat was very well equipped and tatefully decorated. Lovely little sunny garden.The owners were very welcoming and helpful. I warmly recommend this property.

I would have preferred the bed to be at ground level, but otherwise the accommodation was excellent.

A very relaxing place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with everything that you need provided by Mark and Monique. The breakfast was good and served directly to your room where you could eat at the table and chairs at your own leisure. Enjoyed sitting and chilling in the private garden watching the wildlife. Mark and Monique are very friendly but not overpowering. It was a very nice touch to provide a well stocked fridge, chocolate bars, and biscuits. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

As we have mobility difficulties, we found it too far to walk to Seahouses High Street. However, this would not be a problem for most people.

The friendly and welcoming owners made our stay! The room was perfect and the bed was very comfy! I loved receiving breakfast to our room each morning!

Booked for our parents as a treat. They absolutely loved their stay. Found the owners really friendly, the room was lovely especially with all the tlittle touches like biscuits and milk. They said the breakfast was the best they've had.

The room was very large.The bed was very comfortable with fine bedding.Breakfast was very good and a treat if you like breakfast served in your bedroom!

Bathroom shower head was very “gummed up” and I had to clean it before use. Otherwise the place was very clean. Breakfast in the room was nice but probably continental option would have been easier, left less of a smell in the room.

Was warm and welcoming. was lovely having breakfast brought to the room. Lovely homely feel and we’re knowledgeable of the area and places to visit.

Stayed in the snuggery, which was really well maintained with everything you could need. Amazing host’s - super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

Very large room , bed biggest we've ever slept in, shower amazing. Breakfast was great, lovely choices. Fridge outside room on landing a great idea with lots of little touches you'll discover yourselves. Beautiful beaches to walk on , boat trip a must as is visit to Holy Island. 15 minutes drive to Low Newton by the sea , lovely beach and Ship Inn a great pub with own micro brewery. Great hosts who can give lots of advice, where to go etc
