My husband, my little boy and I got there on Wednesday and then my son and daughter-in-law arrived on Friday. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart came in handy as well. The owner always answered me promptly if I had any questions are concerns.
I highly recommend this home away from home.
The beach is close and stores. The private beach is very crowded, but it’s lovely. They have a restaurant, pool, fun things to rent. If you want a good spot get there early.

We really enjoyed using the golf cart all week to get around. We’ve stayed in numerous locations within Sandestin, and this location has been our favorite! It’s super close to the beach, pool, and a hop & skip over to the plaza where the Maple Biscuit Company is. That made lunch easy each day!
There are sand toys and a bogey board (at this time) in the courtyard, just so you can plan accordingly. We were heading out to buy some when we found these to borrow.
As soon as we walked into the unit it smelled clean! Always a good sign! Beds were comfy, living room is decorated very nicely.
The property manager is top notch and always answered quickly (which was not expected, but he did it anyway!) Great management service, great location, great family vacation! Thanks again!

We stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend. Great little house. Clean comfortable and fully stocked. Property manager is very responsive. Great location! golf cart was a wonderful bonus we barely had to use our car.

We wanted to visit Florida for a fast little getaway. This location was awesome! The golf cart was a big hit that took us to and from the beach and all the fun on the bayside of Sandestin. We will definitely be back! The beach side is great as long as you have a cart to get you around. Make sure you visit the village on the bayside.

We really enjoyed the property. Very clean and accommodating. Peaceful, convenient. We walked almost every morning to the small strip mall directly infront of our villa through the woodline for breakfast! We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed every minute of it.

Perfect location for our friend’s weekend! House had everything you needed and a quite location. Golf cart was perfect to take to the beach or to the wharf. We will be staying again!

Overall it met our needs and was great for beach access. The upstairs rooms did not have carpet like listed and there is only a coffee maker, No Keurig as listed. There were several things that needed maintenance /updating.

Fantastic place for our family of 5! We normally cook so definitely appreciated the well appointed kitchen with all the cooking necessities. Walmart was 2 miles down the road and we were able to grab everything we needed.

It was fun to drive to the bay side of the resort to visit the shops and restaurants, fitness center, and just enjoy the property, which is huge. In my opinion staying on the beach side of Sandestin is the way to go.
