The old stables were comfortable and clean . There was a little welcome tray with milk sugar, coffee ,tea ,cereals , jams etc. Toiletries, towels and loo roll all provided. A welcome booklet with information, contact numbers,taxi numbers, attractions etc Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 6 .All in all a great place to stay.

This was a very lovely, clean house in a great location. It was a quick 10 minute walk into town. Bedding was comfortable and the house was very nicely decorated. Jam, peanut butter, caramel bars, tea/coffee was all provided for free.

The shower downstairs is in need of repair as well as there are some squeaky doors/floors upstairs.

The house was clean, large, and as described other than the wi fi.We were delighted to see there was internet at the property even though the booking.com site indicated that there was no internet. The beds were comfortable, and the linen good quality. The kitchen had everything required for a family to be able to cook meals.The location was great and the off-street parking was a real bonus. The heating worked well when required,as did the washing machine/drier I would be happy to recommend this property for anyone wishing to visit Dumfries.

The back garden needs some tidying up.Other than that small point the property, they met all expectations for a family.

We stayed here for a weekend to attend an event at the Dumfries Ice Bowl. It was a great location for that being only a few minute drive away. Also, a walk into the center of town only takes 10 minutes. The property was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Free Wifi worked great. Communication from the owner was great, and she answered a couple of questions prior to our stay promptly. The small tray of breakfast cereals and Tunnocks Caramel Wafers was a very nice touch. We will definitely consider staying again.

The only thing that could be improved is having a shower in the upstairs bathroom. The shower downstairs was great, but only a bath upstairs. However, it is not a major issue.

Very clean. Host was great. Central location. Quiet and beds very comfy.

Place was very spacious and light. Very clean. I liked the private off street parking and safe outdoor area for our dog. And if it would be summer then definitely would do BBQ. Very big TV is a bonus+ large comfy sofas.

We had 2 nights at this property, which was great to just chill out and relax for that time. The property had everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and there was 2 bathrooms, upstairs had a bath in it and downstairs had a shower including a washing machine in that bathroom. The house was easy to find with parking right at the front door, and it was also lovely and clean, I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for short term or longer-term holiday.

Perfect location, easy walk to museums, the river and town. Very comfortable.

When we pulled up i thought it looked to small for the 6 of us but it was like a tardis when we went through the door the house was really spacious and easily accommodated us all the rooms were clean and comfortable everything was provided even down to board games wouldn't hesitate to use this place again.
