The property was very clean and well stocked, except for a shortage of towels when we first arrived. We messaged the host who got back with us right away and had someone deliver fresh towels asap. The kitchen was so well stocked with kitchenware and was great for cooking up some meals as a family. The house is also stocked with all kinds of beach gear for the kids. The stay is just a short walk to the river and a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

This house had plenty of amenities. My grandchildren enjoyed the games provided under the house. The beach was convenient. Definitely would book again.

Dryer needs to be looked at. Takes 2 cycles to dry. Looks like someone tried to repair bedroom shower with tape. Otherwise , accommodations were fine.

We rented the property to enjoy some beach time with family. The only issue we found was the pool is not on site but 2 miles away and the room with two queen beds are queen bunks. Overall a great property and a fabulous place to visit.

The house was nice and clean. Have the beach chairs and carts was very nice. I was disappointed with the beach access and pool access. It was a little misleading. Overall, it was a nice vacation.

We truly loved this stay. The neighbor was quiet, a short walk to the beach and the home was clean and full of amenities. We especially loved the added touch of beach chairs, wagons and sand toys. Our family had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back and stay again!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Lime Time. It’s in a great location and the property was very clean. It also had everything we needed for our stay which helped reduce packing! Would definitely love to go back!

Amenities were good, labels on switches and kitchen cabinets were good. Confusing information on keys (or lack thereof) and cable (or lack thereof). Hall bath exhaust took a couple of minutes before it started.

Very clean, wonderful location- Huc-a-poos pizza is walking distance, beach is right around the corner. Couldn't ask for a better stay!!!

I stayed here with my husband, our 18 month old, & my husband's parents. There was plenty of space for all of us. My son really enjoyed all of the children's books that were at this property! The house was very clean & conveniently located to the beach and some eating & shopping as well. We also liked that it is located as soon as you get onto the island, making a trip to downtown Savannah easier. It was very quiet & relaxing on this side of Tybee.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong, darts, and corn hole and our location was convenient to many restaurants and about a 20 min drive to Savannah. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed staying at Lime Time. It was so relaxing and had everything at the house. Very well stocked on all dishes plus stuff for the beach. It even had a grill and all the utensils for grilling. Also communication with the vacation rental agency was quick to respond to any questions that I had. It was Super clean also.

Overall Limetyme Tybee was great! The property was well maintained and also very well stocked. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. The dolphin watching was amazing around sunset. My only complaint was that the pool is off site (drive time 8 min away) which is very inconvenient and you have to text for the code each day.

Nice size private home with more amenities than what was listed. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers for use by guests, which was appreciated and the kids liked all the options for games. The kitchen was well appointed and has some condiments on site too. A couple notes- the pool is a nice add BUT it’s not within walking distance so we never used it. That should be noted, or we should have googled it at the time of booking but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Also, Beach access IS within walking distance but it’s not clear how to get there from the house and a neighbor had to tell us. All drives across the street are private. The beach is not ocean, it’s river, so good for children or floating as you don’t have waves to contend with and you can see lots of dolphins there, but If you want ocean view that’s a short drive to North Beach. We suggested to the property managers to add this to the guest book as it would have been helpful. Overall a great stay and will be better the next time as we know what not to pack in the car! :)

This property was wonderful for our first visit to Tybee Island. Clean, modern and all the amenities we could ask for. The ground level outdoor space was perfect for the teens in our group. The walkable beach is quiet and calm enough for young children. Located on the island's North end, the neighborhood is quiet and set apart from the tourist heavy south end. Bikes or a car/golf cart are recommended to get to the bigger waves at North Beach and the lighthouse or the boardwalk. Would definitely visit this property again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the lime time house for a relaxing bachelor trip weekend. Great space to chill and relax but also was very close to the beach! Would stay again

This property was absolutely delightful. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the location is perfect for quick access to Savannah and the beach. It included many games like cornhole, darts, ping pong. We were so busy we didn’t get time to enjoy them. Terrific place for a family. My only suggestion would be to include some info on local restaurants which we added to the comment book.
