Very central location. The procession for the holy week passed right in front of the house so that we enjoyed it from our window on the first night. The size of the apartment :It's huge. The video instruction for entry was spot on. We enjoyed the bottle of wine and coffee pods. Thank you.

I was rudely awaken by the noise of the drum banging at 2:30am in the morning due to the above mentioned procession on the second night. No fault of the accommodation though.

The apartment is big, very central and clean, and well equipped. I stayed 2 nights but I did not use the kitchen at all since I did not need it, I was outside the whole days. They are quite responsive via WhatsApp's messages.

The mattresses were absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE and impossible to use. They are old and full of pointy springs. After 2hours of trying to sleep and adding extra bedsheets and towels to create some layers between me and the mattress, I gave up and went to sleep on the TINY sofa (NOT a sofa-bed). They really really need to invest some money on decent mattresses. Also, it was hard to get the keys because I had been told the keys were in a place but they had just changed the location that day, with a code to get them, without informing me. So I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to come and give me the keys. Finally I managed to get in but I still had to wait on the street with scarce network.

Location. Cleanliness.

Lack of extra blankets. For the 1st night, the heating was set at a temperature that was not warm enough. We corrected that for the 2nd night. Also, one bed was missing the lower sheet but it was too late when we discover it. It was solved the following day. On arrival, there was barely any soap or shampoo for the showers (5 people, two nights). Also, no complimentary basic stuff like milk, coffee, etc... just 1 bottle of water. The showers are so small & poorly designed that you cannot avoid wetting the floor outside...
