The house was spacious and clean, perfect size for our family weekend getaway! A bonus was the pond in the back. My son and husband had a great time fishing and just being around nature. It was a nice quiet, relaxing time there and would recommend it. Also, the grocery stores, restaurants and attractions were close by which was nice and convenient.

The gorgeous house is very roomy for a family or friends gathering and stocked with everything you need for such. It is located in a peaceful wooded lot on a pond where we watched deer every day. The host is very thoughtful with complimentary gifts and keeps in touch if there is anything you need.

My family really enjoyed staying at the house. We would rent the house again.

We enjoyed our stay (12/30/21-01/02/22) in this beautiful, cozy house. The location is great, so quiet and peaceful, and at the same time close to ski resorts for skiing, snowboarding, and cross country skiing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable and the linens were new and perfectly white. Also, a lot of towels were available to use. Frank, the host is superb! Great communication and very helpful when we needed it. The complimentary bottle of wine and bag of coffee was so touchable and pleasant moment. (the coffee table is really different story, fully equipped with modern appliances). Fireplace at evening time made our stay more cozy and fabulous. We did not want to leave. We highly recommend this house for any time you need to escape the city and pause the busy schedule. Thank you Frank for your hospitality, we were well taken care of. :-)

Our host Frank was easy to work with and had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The house is accurately described in the description. We enjoyed walking in the quite neighborhood and the privacy of the property. There was plenty of room to enjoy a meal at one of the tables and space to work on a puzzle at one of the other tables. The fireplace was a bonus, as was the coffee /tea bar. We especially enjoyed the Breville tea maker and espresso machine – which included espresso! The Weber grill made preparing meals easy. I’d recommend treating yourself to Frank’s home in Pocono Pines.

We had a wonderful week on Sunset Pond. Everything was perfect, from the fully stocked kitchen to the welcome bottle of wine. The location is great. If you want to stay close, there is golf, tennis, swimming, fishing, walking at the club. In the winter, its not far from several ski resorts for skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing. We had a great time exploring multiple nearby state parks for hiking trails. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect home and location for our family getaway! The home was very clean and ready for us beyond our expectation. The owners had everything for us - clean home, clean linens, a complimentary bottle of wine and bag of coffee, and every house product we needed for our week long stay. Behind the home is a perfect forrest/pond setting to wake up and admire with a cup of coffee in the morning or a beer/glass of wine in the evening. Tons of wildlife (deer, chipmunks, crane, turkeys)! It was simply beautiful and peaceful! The kids had so much fun fishing, swimming at the club pool and lake. It was a trip to remember! Thank you to the homeowners for a perfect stay at your home!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, quiet, home with a wooded backyard. Close to Tobyhanna and Gouldsboro state parks and 45 minute drive to Delaware Water Gap.
