This house was perfect for vacation for our family of five. Very clean, well stocked, and just a beautiful house! It was wonderful to have the pool, which we used almost daily! Fantastic location in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the golf cart to make quick trips to stores and restaurants, and to take supplies to the beach. We never had any trouble finding parking at the beach. The house is located in a very central location, close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring the area! We would absolutely rent this house again!

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a long weekend with friends but would definitely consider coming back with the whole family. The cottage is spacious, clean, fully updated, beautiful and beachy on the inside. The backyard is private with a lovely heated pool. Beach access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need. Cottage also stocked with plenty of towels, beach and pool gear.

Our family spent 12 days at this Indian Rocks Beach home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, the beach and nearby pickleball courts. We also enjoyed walking through the Nature Preserve. The home is very comfortable and worked well. The kitchen was well designed and well stocked, something you do not find in all rental homes. We loved this house. It is stocked with everything you need - both in the house and at the pool or beach. There are chairs, a beach wagon, floats, umbrellas, towels, lots of kitchen gadgets, etc, etc. Having the golf cart to use was absolutely the best. Easy parking and easy to get around. It has seatbelts so we were very comfortable even with a toddler with us. Nice open layout. Awesome pool. Great communication from property owners. Great location - convenient to everything. We definitely plan to return!

We had the best time at this house! The owners truly thought of everything their guests could ever need. The house was well stocked and extremely inviting. Everything was clean and well organized. The pool and golf cart were our favorite. The location was perfect too! Truly AMAZING! We can’t wait to go back!

Our first impression was how beautifully maintained the home is, as well as how deceivingly large it is! So roomy, well-stocked, and spotless. My whole family loved the pool, I think we swam in that more than we were actually at the beach. Alisha was super helpful and responsive with my questions and requests. I would stay again the next time we travel down there! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time at this beach house. The pool was the highlight, and our kids absolutely loved swimming in it multiple times per day. The beach is an easy walk, and our dog loved the dog park just around the corner, but it all eventually came back to the pool; we skipped the beach on our last two days there in favor of the swimming right in the backyard.

Fantastic backyard oasis within walking distance of the beach. One of the cleanest places we've stayed. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have rented beach houses for over 30 years. NEVER have we had owners so kind and understanding. Both Barry and Alisha were the BEST!! Now as 60 year olds we wished we were closer to the beach but we rented the golf cart and it was wonderful. And we took care of it like it was our own. When we took it to the beach we put towels on the floor so we didn't get a ton of sand in it. Also last night we cleaned it out. The house was just wonderful for us 4 grown adults. We used the pool everyday. We ate all our meals outside. ( we didn't cook but we did order in) The door lock code worked great. Some we have rented didn't. The master bath if wonderful. As is master bedroom closet is big with lots of room. Fact that this house is a ranch was a plus. The beach chairs were great nice to have them. Please if you rent this house take care of it as you owned it. The owners work hard to keep it nice please do the same. We seen lots of different birds because the wild life preserve is in the back yard. That was cool. This house was clean and we left it as clean and we left it clean. Lots of places to eat but it would have been a good walk with one of us waiting for knee replacement. So as I said we rented their golf cart. TJ was the spot we really liked. Maggie Mays had great breakfast on the intercostal . That was great food and view. We ate at Jimmy Guana that was a blast. Food was good so was service. The service at every place we ate was great. Very comfortable, everything we needed, pool was super! Also, the bikes, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and basketball and soccer balls were all appreciated. The only downside was loud music played by neighbors for two days.

This is quite possibly one of my favorite properties that I have stayed in. Perfectly seamless check in with excellent communication from the host. The home has all of the amenities you will need and more! The pool is stunning and so relaxing. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Great proximity to local restaurants. We could walk to dinner. You will not be disappointed with this stay. I hope to return to IRB soon!

My wife and I stayed for a week April 2022: Such a beautiful, well maintained home. Very nicely decorated. The pool is very private with high fences and a green belt directly behind. Would live in this house!!

The facilities, location and surrounding area were magnificent. Daily sunsets, walks through the neighbourhood, tennis, pickleball, resistance training in the park, pool, access to the beach, walkable restaurants and just 30 minutes to shopping in Clearwater. A fabulous experience overall!

Two couples/relatives and our small dogs stayed for the month of February. House was just like the photos. Very clean and inviting. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and eating in. Heated pool and backyard were tremendous. Close walk to beach and any number of restaurants. Alisha was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

This property was exactly as advertised and more! The home is beautiful/modern, very clean, updated kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds and pet friendly 🐾! Location was great, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The pool and outdoor area amazing, and the hosts accommodating. Will definitely stay again .

We had a great vacation. The house is super clean and larger than expected. The backyard is beautiful and the heated pool is amazing. We loved the location. It was a few blocks to beach, nearby parks and nature center. The kids enjoyed riding bikes to get ice cream, play tennis and ride on the beach. It was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach and we loved the community.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home at Indian Rocks Beach. The inside and outside is beautiful. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We walked to the beach each day and watched beautiful sunsets. The majority of our time was spent by the heated pool. The kids loved it. Very relaxing! It was a great way to spend Christmas together. Thank you!

The house had everything you need, clean and nicely decorated. Located in a nice neighborhood, where we rode the bikes around. Really enjoyed the heated pool and having the dog park down the block since we brought our mini schnauzer with us. If you have the opportunity checkout Guppy's On the Beach, Groupers on the Gulf, Tj's Italian Cafe, Cafe de Paris Bakery and Salt Rock Grill.

The house was clean and well equipped with modern features. The hosts had extra towels, blankets, beach supplies, and even bikes available. Communication between with the hosts was above expectation as they were quick to answer any questions we had. They were very, very accommodating. We were so impressed with the spacious house, awesome pool, and great location! We had 6 people total on our trip, and we would all recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home! EXACTLY as pictured! The pool is even more perfect in person. Our family loved staying here and riding bikes all over town. Great location to everything and the beach is a very short walk or ride. The owners are in constant contact and have thought of everything you need. Don’t hesitate to book! It’s amazing! We survived our first Hurricane (Elsa) on our vacation. Hopefully our next visit will be storm free 🤣.

What a great week we had here. We were a couple of moms staying with our kids and the house was large enough to space out from the kids, cook or grill - all while enjoying the pool on the backyard or a short stroll to the beach. The owners attention to detail was wonderful like the baskets of beach towels and blankets; and how they were incredibly responsive prior to my trip and during as well. We mentioned to them that the home needed some baking pans and within a few hours they were at our doorstep! The bikes, beach chairs and wagon were great for going to the beach - if I had realized all that was available I could have packed a lot less! I almost hate sharing how great this house was as I hope to visit it again but I am sure it will stay very busy with guests! My experiences with VRBO can be hit or miss ... this is a hit!
