We had 9 adults and 3 kids between (1-3) and the place was just amazing! The lanai doors and just the lay out could not of been better. Being able to “rent” the kid stuff saved room and money, making everything so easy. Jim was great and easy to communicate with. There is a very good chance we will be renting again as Marco Island is just an amazing place!!

Our group had a great time staying at this home in Marco! The house was spacious, pool was fabulous and it was great for a larger group (we were 6 adults and one baby). The only complaint I have was the cleanliness of the house. The floors felt dirty from the start and people's feet were black without even stepping foot outside. In the master bedroom on the first floor, there were long dark hairs in the master bed (not mine as I have blond hair). That same dark hair was also in clumps in the shower. I found a bandaid with crusted blood stuck on one of the window ledges in the shower as well which made me think it wasn't cleaned much, if at all. In some of the other rooms, they seemed to be quickly cleaned before our stay as well. My mother in law had two orange tic tacs on her nightstand. Not ideal for my 1 year old daughter because she has a curious mind and would have likely put them in her mouth. I'm glad they weren't pills but shows me the house was poorly cleaned. Our friends had used contacts dried out on their floor of their bedroom as well. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and for the people who stayed with us. I don't fault Jim for this as he was great to work with but might be a good idea to check over the cleaning company's work every now and then on this listing. We would stay in this home again but would want to feel like it's clean when we arrive. Thank you Jim for being responsive and easy to work with! You answered all questions in a timely manner!

We stayed at the property with our 2 children and nanny, it was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We rented a golf cart and it was very close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The pool heater and hot tub weren’t working and our host tried getting it fixed ASAP but unfortunately it needed a new part so he refunded us a very fair amount without us having to ask. We would definitely love to visit this beautiful home again.

We had the best time in Marco Island. Jim is an excellent host and he communicated extremely well with us. His home is gorgeous and accommodated our party of 10 perfectly. We will be back!

We loved the layout of the house. Each bedroom has its own private bath which was wonderful. The House was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool area was lovely. We enjoyed our time as a family and would rent this property again.

My husband and I travelled with my in-laws and 4 adult children. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. No complaints!! The house and amenities were better than we expected!

Beautiful property with plenty of space and privacy for our large, multi-family group with multiple young children. Check in and out processes were easy, and Jim was quick to respond from booking through our stay. We would definitely return again!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location and exactly as described. Large family room area and spacious kitchen. The pool was great with canal behind us. We rented kayaks. The owner was easy to communicate with…very responsive! Would highly recommend this property!

Our second trip to Marco Island! We brought more family this time. The hot tub was not heating up and the property owner fixed within 2 days of our stay! Great communication! The floors in the house could have been a little cleaner. Overall happy with our trip and the property!!

We enjoyed the property and had some glitches with the heated pool and appliances but were taken care of immediately by Tiffany and Jim. Suggestion: Since it is advertised for ten people and out door kitchen, a table seating 10 instead of 8 would have been nice. Also, same for outdoor seating near the barbecue. Otherwise , great!

We had a great time! The property pictures and descriptions were exactly as promised. I would recommend this house to everyone going to Marco Island. Thank you for providing a great place for 8 high school friends to celebrate their 50th birthdays. We found live music on both Friday night (Sand Lot) and Sunday Funday at Stans. It was about a 2 mile walk to an amazing beach with restaurants and bars to relax at, have a snack, and a couple of fun drinks before walking home and going for a swim in the pool. We ate in a few nights and found everything we needed to cook and plenty of room to be together. Outdoor patio was just perfect.

The house was just as the pictures show! It was clean, and beautiful! The floorplan was perfect for our family! I would HIGHLY recommend this house! The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions or issues!

The property was everything we expected and more. The owner was super responsive even as to little questions and directions. We would highly recommend this home.

The house is amazing with enough rooms for five groups, but the best part is the layout enables you to be separate from others if you want. Pool and hot tubs are great, and owner responds quickly to the minor issues we encountered.

Loved the pool and hot tub the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was convenient to shopping and stores. We had a great time and made many family memories with grandparents, and sisters and our grown children and their spouses.

We did a 4 day stay with extended family, 10 adults, 2 kids. This house was perfect! Supplies are amply stocked, and the house is professionally maintained with lots of amenities.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful property with a lot of room. Only drawback was maintenance showing up unannounced twice.

Large, clean, updated, beautiful property in Marco Island. Pool , hot tub, and backyard lanai look over inlet of water. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything.
