Immaculately clean Lovely host Large TV with Netflix/prime/iplayer Great location and local amenities

Amazing host and house, just some very very minor things to consider to make the stay 10/10 - - Far too many air fresheners in the property. I had to hide them in a cupboard as they were overwhelming - a tea towel would be a nice touch

Small house but perfect for 2 people with good sized rooms and 2 toilets. Quite cul-de-sac with allocated parking space. Easy walking distance of beach, local shops, bars and restaurants.

Courtyard was small and not really secure for a dog.

Distance to the venue.

1. Better bed linnen and pillows. 2. A wider range of nice cutlery, cups and glasses. 3. More comfortable sofa - these ar cheap and nasty. 4. Not being met with two full dumpy bags of recycling. 5. Fag buts all over the outside of the rear of the property - we are non-smokers. 6. The light to the entrance of the property is not bright enough to allow you to use the key lock system so we had to use our phones to see. 7. The selection of tea and coffee sachets are poor, I am a diabetic so could not use them as they contained sugar, not even bottle of water in the fridge. 8. I paid £175 to stay here for one night with my wife, it is absolutely not worth the money. I have photos and this place needs a deep cleam.

If you're coming to Swansea for a few days this is a good place to stay. Has everything you need for a home from home stay.

Wi Fi wasn't great but I just used my phone as a hot spot for my laptop.

Excellent location near centre of Swansea & beach. Free parking space & wifi. Excellent facilities. Modern apartment. Netflix on TV. Plenty of space in rooms. Would definitely come back & recommend.

Shower temperature slightly too hot. Otherwise excellent.

The location of the property was ideal for our needs. The general layout was fine.

The equipment provided in the kitchen was very disappointing. One saucepan, no lid. One frying pan, meant to be non-stick, but very badly scratched No utensils. No cereal bowls, limited cutlery. Not really able to have a breakfast in the morning. Really disappointing.

Very nice small town-house. Great location with The Mumbles just down the road, a short walk to the bay, and Joe's ice cream shop just round the corner - what more could you want? Owners also very helpful.

Many thanks to our host, who responded promptly to our messages and was very helpful. Having accommodation with car parking was great, as the apartment is just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Helpful instructions regarding key etc. The layout of the rooms was nice. The property was clean and spacious. Very handy for many restaurants and bars round about. We're looking forward to coming back!! Great that towels etc is supplied

Nothing I didn't like but some bigger wine glasses and a toilet roll holder would be a welcome addition!

Superb location.Very high standard of accommodation.

It was a self catering 1 x bed house. Dog friendly. Quiet mews with parking outside. 5 minute walk to beach front and interesting bars and shops nearby. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, modern and clean. Good quality towels and bedding.

It would have been great to have had a few more cooking pots and cutlery. The shower controls need adjustment as it was not possible to turn the temperature down to cool.
