Everything about this place is excellent. It is very comforting and welcoming. It is close to all that Bozeman has to offer while at the same time being in a beautiful neighborhood that makes one feel like they are away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for all visiting Bozeman.

The house was perfect for our stay during our son's wedding. We had everything we needed close to the house including peaceful walks to the pond down the block. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The property was very clean and spacious. Beds and other furniture were comfortable and accommodating. Loved all the accessories ( grill fire pit outdoor setting beautiful flowers and landscaping). It was nice to have a walking area/ park close by. Very quiet setting. Easy to get around. Even though it was a multiple unit . Others very quiet and private. Fun to host a family gathering.

Very warm outside no AC. ceiling fan in one bedroom not working very warm in the house. Place was beautiful, very clean. Only one TV in the living room but not enough seating for everyone to watch a movie.. Around hard to find the front entrance with the hideaway key took us a while to find it when we arrive very late at night. Should be more specific. Front door access when checking in , is to the left of the multi family property on the alley side of the property. Multiple doors on the house so it was a bit confusing. Location was great good restaurants, The house was very clean and very well stocked. I do recommend this property. Very lovely and the owners did a great job with stocking up on all necessities!!!🤗

The house has plenty of space for a family and is pretty well appointed. Things we loved: number of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of seating for dining and hanging out, private parking space, very clean, quiet even though it's a "tri- Plex" of sorts, close to everything in Bozeman and the airport. Things we wished were slightly better (NONE of these are deal breakers, just would have been nice/helpful): Check-in instructions - they say to access the keys via a lock box on the right of the garage. What they don't say is it is the main garage facing the alley which is on the left side of the house - not the small garage that faces the street. We searched several times and finally found it.by walking all the way around the house. Appliances:. The appliances are good/fine but it would be nice if the owners manuals or at least some typed out instructions were there for the dishwasher, gas stove, washer/dryer. We figured them out but if you aren't used to a gas stove or oven it took a little bit of trial and error. The dishwasher was fine but the operation was a little funky. Paper goods:. The only thing that was lacking in number were napkins/paper towels. There were no paper napkins that we could find, so used paper towels but.those were low in quantity. Listing accuracy:. When you rent this property it does not tell you that this is the main house + there's an attached unit for the owner (?)which shares a wall with the main house entry and an apartment over the main garage which shares a wall with upstairs bedroom. These were not an issue, folks were quite - we only heard talking or TV a couple times through the shared bedroom wall; but it probably should be disclosed in the listing. Overall we would give the property a 4.5/5 and the things mentioned were figured out somewhat easily.

All the amenities of home were available to us. Great place to stay. Loved the heated floors!

This kitchen was a dream to cook in, the house was well-stocked, and there was plenty of space. However, the mattresses need an upgrade- each person in our party had a rough time sleeping on the firm and squeaky mattresses. The space is great, and we loved this area of Bozeman for hosting our wedding party, but any visitor just needs to be prepared for a potential rough night of sleep.

We stayed at the West Side Oasis while in town for a friend's wedding (there were 6 of us, 3 couples) and had the best time. The amount of space was perfect for 6 people, we loved having 3 private bedrooms with big beds, large common spaces, and a house that was fully stocked. Seriously, any time we needed anything (spices, a cooler, to-go cups, tupperware, bear spray, etc.), we were able to find it. We experienced a small issue with the hot water heater, but the property manager (this spot is managed by a company, not an individual homeowner) was quick to respond and sent over someone to fix it immediately. Our only critique was that this unit is in a house that houses 2 other units (3 total). While we didn't have any issues with noise or privacy, the listing doesn't indicate this and it would've been helpful to know before booking. Absolutely would stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay for a cousin reunion!

We loved our stay here! It was a beautiful house in such a cute neighborhood that we felt completely safe in. The house was fully stocked with whatever you needed along with such a cozy feel to it. We also loved our walks in the neighborhood with our dog in the mornings and the house was so close to everything we wanted to do or need. Highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!

This property worked great for us as a home base for our time in Bozeman. We loved the neighborhood as well. We're already thinking about booking our stay here for next Summer. We didn't use the additional bedroom that is available, but I did get a chance to see it. It's a great little one bedroom unit all by itself. We had a few email exchanges with the property manager and received prompt and helpful replies.
