Questa casa vacanza per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da specchi d'acqua in cui navigare in kayak, da oasi in cui praticare il birdwatching e da molte altre località interessanti. In 5 minuti a piedi sarai a Frio River. Camminare non fa per te? Metti in moto e raggiungi in 6 minuti Concan Golf Course and Country Club.
Questa casa vacanza è il luogo ideale dove dimenticare le preoccupazioni: qui trovi una piscina privata e puoi rilassarti nella vasca idromassaggio. Non ti va di uscire? We had a lot fun spending wu as little time with the family. Since the river wasn’t really flowing we spent the majority of the time at the pool. We had one of if not the biggest pool in the subdivision. Make sure and reserve a golf cart early, we didn’t and regretted. Next time we will.

This is probably the best home in the Frio. Great location. The pool was excellent. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

The place was near perfect. Great location on the river. Only two things that I can complain about, there's two flights of stairs to get to the ground level. It's quite the trip especially back up. The pool was still under construction. They were building the fence around it and they were working and welding and banging while we were there trying to enjoy the patio. Didn't care for that too much. Other than that house is beautiful the beds are comfortable. We had a group of about 30 guys for a dove hunt and there as plenty of room.

Home was nice and we had plenty of room for our very large family. Disappointed that we were told the pool would be ready for our stay and it wasn’t. Due to very low river levels we needed a pool. Management company did give us access to a pool. The continued maintenance of the pool during our entire stay was inconvenient. Along with the cutting of the water and internet lines in the process of the construction. Management company didtheirbrst but it was still a shadow in our vacation. When we were ready to rebook for next year, we were informed that the owner had booked off our week. After all our inconvenience with the construction of the pool, we won’t even get to enjoy it next year.

The house was beautiful & well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had 32 people & everyone had a great time. Only downfall was that there was no water in the river but the house was amazing.
