This house was absolutely perfect for a family weekend! The amenities were top notch and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to prep meals at home and avoid the Labor Day crowds. We will definitely keep this house on our list for a repeat visit. Barbara and Ryan could not have been nicer to work with! Each time I reached out with a question, I had a text back in minutes that had everything I needed.

Perfect location, very short walk out onto the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars, pleasant porch sitting at night, all amenities were present, and we had beautiful sand, ocean and sky. Having the beach cart/wagon to pull beach gear was extremely helpful. My only feedback for change would be to upgrade the sleeper sofa. It is uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect with towels and sheets provided. Also, we had very responsive communication with the property manager. He was always a text away if we needed him. The Pink House was a perfect getaway. It was Extremely clean. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded like it was in front of condos. Sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch with a cool breeze blowing was a great way to start and end the day.

We just returned home from a great week at Wrightsville Beach. Our stay at the Pink House was wonderful! It was roomier than we expected. The house was clean and well-equipped. There is not a dishwasher but we knew that from the listing. The unit stayed as cool as we wanted it to. The porch was enjoyable with view and sounds from the ocean. The outside shower with hot water was such a plus! The unit provided a beach wagon and very nice beach chairs! The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. The bottom floor was empty for most of our stay. We were able to hear people under us once they came, but it really wasn’t an issue. The only concern for us was the parking once the other unit was occupied. One of our family members had to leave a day early, so we only had 1 vehicle at that point. If we had to park 4 cars, I am not sure if it would have worked (at least with our larger SUVs). Just something to be aware of. We would stay in this unit again! The walk to the beach was easy and unit is close to a small grocery, a few stores, pizza place and ice cream! Great memories made this week!

Very accommodating under short notice. Perfect location to everything there in Wrightsville. If you can’t get there on foot, it’s a short drive up the road!

Spotless, well appointed beach house with all the amenities. Short walk to beach, lovely deck with water view, beach chairs coolers and beach wagon all available. Laundry and extra shower for ri nsing off on ground floor. Close to restaurants and stores.

We really enjoyed staying the Eagles Nest-Pink House! It is in the perfect location for walking anywhere and the beach is super close. Barbara was awesome and very welcoming and we’d love to come back again in a few months!

Perfect location for an easy stroll to the beach or to grab coffee and a bite to eat. Clean, plenty of towels, and space was great for two couples and a baby. Loved sitting on the porch every morning with the ocean in sight! Thank you!

Property was easy to get to. Close to everything important to our trip. Had plenty of storage and security. COLD air conditioning. And a responsive host that was very generous and kind.

The listing delivered as advertised. proximity to the beach was perfect as was the vantage point from the porch. the traffic on the main road was noisy at times but not terrible. Overall a very nice place and value.

My girls weren’t interested in prom so we indulged in a girls’ beach weekend instead. Eagles Nest was perfect ! Great location! Excellent view! Very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped so we could cook our meals and enjoy coffee on the lovely porch overlooking ocean. Entire booking process was very easy and we enjoyed watching Netflix. Nobody wanted to leave this morning. Can’t wait to return already !

Easy access to beach and shops

Everything was just as described. The location was perfect for my adult children and the house felt just like home.

The property was cute & cozy and the host, Barbara, was very attentive.

Clean, beautiful, easy beach access, great porch, great kitchen utensils, walk to shops, great scenery natural and architectural.

My wife and I stayed here with our adult children and it was ideal--very short walk to the beach and the ocean view from the south facing front porch was heavenly all day. Comfortable old-fashioned beach furniture with comfortable beds in two of the bedrooms and a less comfortable fold-out couch in the third. kitchen well furnished (but lacking a dishwasher). had trouble getting beyond Netflix on TV, but in retrospect that is an advantage by making the news stay far away and leaving more time with family.

My family and I had a wonderful time reconnecting with each other and the ocean during our week at the Pink House. The property manager was a great communicator and we felt welcomed to the property on day 1 of booking! We arrived on a sunny day and were welcome with a rainbow over the ocean as we ate dinner on the third story porch and watched the ocean waves roll in. There was more than enough room in the kitchen and all the supplies to prepare dinner for 2 kids and my Mom, All but 3 meals were eaten in the pink house - and when we went out to eat we found out we were in perfection location to do so! 3 block north we found THE BEST AHI AHI tacos at Shark Bite and 3 blocks to the south great New York style pizza, an ice cream parlor and a great grocery store with fantastic homemade cinnamon rolls.
