Really enjoyed our stay! Owner was amazing! Would 100% recommend!

From the outside, this VRBO on the Red Arrow Highway doesn't look like much, but don't let that fool you. We stayed in a beautifully decorated studio unit with amazing attention to detail. Great spacious bathroom, shower and tub. Small fridge, microwave, and multiple ways to make coffee. The back patio has fire pits, a hot tub, and multiple seating areas that back right up to a wooded area. Having stayed in many VRBO's with offsite unresponsive owners, this is by far the best experience we have encountered. Jocelyn lives onsite and responds quickly to any request. If you don't need to unit with a full kitchen, this is great find in Harbor Country. We have been coming to this area for more than 25 years, and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Booked this weekend for my girlfriend and I for some local wine tasting. Everything was very close by (within 20 mins). Restaurants in New Buffalo and local shops in the area were very nice. The room was spacious and the back common area was large enough where you have social interaction with other guess and at the same time your own space. Hot tub was a great touch. Recommend for a nice weekend getaway!

Jocelyn was the best host we've ever had. She has put so much effort into the decor and maintenance and it's immaculate! She met us on arrival with a full packet of information about local information and maps, and she went over it with us. The studio condo was gorgeous! We were so pleasantly surprised! The pictures don't do it justice! The patio opened to a common area with the hot tub, fire pit areas stocked with wood, s'mores sticks, and umbrellas, and bikes for resident use. It was absolutely beautifully decorated and so clean! The room itself had an earthy elegant flair. The kitchenette was so useful. The shower was amazing; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi worked well and the TV had all streaming channels. We had such a great time, balancing sightseeing and beaches with downtime enjoying the patio and common areas. The location is central to 4 beaches, with New Buffalo Beach being our favorite. Jocelyn recommended restaurants and in New Buffalo, about 15 minutes away (the farthest of them all), we found shops, restaurants, a marina, and a fabulous beach! Jocelyn provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler, for which we were incredibly grateful! The state park was only 3 miles away, and there were two small beaches within a mile away, but we definitely loved New Buffalo the best! We weren't ready to come home after a weekend stay! We will definitely go back and can't wait until the next visit!

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at the Escape at WithInn. From the comfortable accommodations to the relaxing backyard features, bike rides to the beach and excellent attention to detail by Jocelyn, staying at WithInn was a perfect getaway. We appreciate the wonderful recommendations to explore the area. We had wonderful meals, wine tastings and a fun time exploring. We look forward to our next trip!

Property was perfect location the room was great, everything worked, clean and beautiful. Only things might look into get some local stations for viewing not everyone streams and large tub but water needs to be hotter and adjustment for pressure. Might want to mention bed height in listing could be too high for older couple. Would use again Thanks

This was such a cute little spot for a weekend gateway. Close to a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants. The hostesses was amazing and the property is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

My childhood BFF and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a great time. We were walking distance from a delicious bakery, restaurants, and the beach. Jocelyn was super responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions. The backyard had several cute seating areas, fire pits, and a hot tub. My only complaint is the bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn't offer much privacy — fine if you're traveling as a couple, but a little weird when traveling with a friend!

Although the front of this property looks like a small strip mall, what waits beyond is exceptional! The studio was luxurious -- great bed, furnishings, towels, etc. And the back yard with private patios and firepits was lovely. The property manager was responsive and had a lot of great suggestions on restaurants, beach access and other activities.

The EscapeWithinn was a perfect romantic getaway spot with the perfect amount of space for a couple in love with a perfect jacuzzi outside, very cute room inside, comfy bed, good wi-fi and great secluded wooded area. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 20 minute ride from St Joe, 10 to Union Pier, and 4 minute drive to Warren Dunes. We will stay there again!

My husband and I booked two nights at WithInn and were blown away! The room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was pristine, the outdoor area was phenomenal. Jocelyn, the owner, was always available and even helped us build a fire when we couldn’t get it started! The spot is so close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a week getaway, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!! The property was absolutely beautiful, it was all so clean, and gorgeously designed! The pictures don’t do this property justice! The location was the perfect middle for each town to visit, minutes from all of the must see stops! Our host was also so helpful, gave us the best recommendations on where to eat, drink, shop, visit etc. You could not go wrong choosing here to plan your stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay and Jocelyn's hospitality. The room was beautifully decorated and the outdoor amenities were just what we needed to enjoy a few nights away. We were so close to so many amazing dining options, public beaches, and activities. Jocelyn was always available to answer questions and checked-in on us. I am looking forward to booking one of the larger units for our family of 5 in the very near future. We would HIGHLY recommend a stay at WithINN.

Our stay was wonderful! The suite was clean, comfy, and so cute, and the backyard patio was a little escape in itself! Jocelyn is a very thoughtful host with an incredible eye for design. The entire property was designed for both privacy and gathering. The many fire places were beautiful, the spacious deck overlooked a small flowing creek with beautiful noise for ambience, and the hot tub was incredible. We had wonderful and peaceful privacy during our stay but could have easily mingled with other guests if we were up for it! This property will be perfect for guests who want to rent out all units for small events and family gatherings. Jocelyn is even working in creating a gathering space in the building (when guests aren’t on site, or course!) The room design blew us away when we entered the unit. It far exceeded our expectations and even the listing! Jocelyn was flexible, eager to offer suggestions on local establishments, and quickly felt like a friend. The location was great because it’s a short drive to everything in Union Pier, New Buffalo, and Three Oaks. The Gathering is a new restaurant located just across the street, as well as the Swedish Bakery, and Gulistan. This area had great food, and was close to everything fun! We will never book another host in this area. What an incredible stay!

Our mid-fall stay was wonderful! It was definitely like a hotel room PLUS - comfy bed, ample room, a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and all the stuff to make your stay comfortable. The outside area was wonderful - mini-private fire pits/places with plenty of seating and dry firewood for use. Jocelyn was great - check in was easy and she checked in as needed to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for a mini honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The place was very clean and well furnished. The back patio was also a nice touch and allowed for bonfires. The location is great and close to downtown New Buffalo and close to many beaches. The owner of the property is also very welcoming, nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend this place!

Newly renovated studio unit. Very well done. Backyard area is lovely, wooded with several seating areas and grill. Close to bike paths. Short drive to beach. Owner is very friendly and makes herself available for any questions or needs. Great choice for a couple looking to stay in the Union Pier area.
