We love the steamboat area! We have stayed in one of these units each year we visit because of the location and amenities. You will not regret coming to steamboat and enjoying the Colorado vibe. However, this unit needs updating. The pots and pans are scratched, bent and almost unusable. The couch and carpet were very worn and needed replacing. Maybe at a minimum a good professional carpet cleaning. The beds were ok, but the master bed headboard was very flimsy and had to be supported or the bed would rattle. The bunk beds were adequate. Beware, just take the trundle mattress out and put it directly on the ground because if you don’t it has a wood support in the middle that sways the mattress. It is such a great location, but this unit I would steer away from unless some TLC happened. The changes needed are not really expensive and I think a little more love and warmth to this unit would make a world of difference.

Great location, nice to be that close to the Gondola to take to base area. It was great for our family.

Beautiful place. Very nice and clean. Portalable room fan needs cleaned off and master bathroom shower needs draino but should a wonderful place. I would love to stay there again.

We loved the location of this condo and while the listing said “just steps away” from the gondola, it is much further, but the location is wonderful. The problem with this condo is that the pictures are nothing like what we experienced. The “bunk” bed with the trundle was two full beds not bunked, one laying on the trundle bed for support making it completely unusable. The top half of one of the beds had zero support and was dipping down. There was a musty odor, most likely from the dirty carpets and/or old flaky couch. The property management company were informed and were able to fix the head of the bed. He also brought a deodorizer spray which we chose not to use because of kids with allergies. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms are broken. Two barstools were broken. The list goes on. Then, if we couldn’t have felt more Icked out, the shower curtain is very thin and blows out with the forceful shower stream making the mat wet outside of the shower so we had to hang it up for it to dry and the water dripping off of it was dark brown. Not our favorite Vrbo stay ever, but we love the town and the location. We would never stay here again and think the owners should think about some upgrades.

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The hot tubs and pool are really nice, and the scenery is gorgeous.

The condo was clean and very well equipped in the kitchen. The pool was amazing and the gondola to the base of the mountain was so convenient! We will definitely stay here again

The unit was laid out well. The kitchen was big and easy to cook in. Liked having washer and dryer. Great access to Gondola at Steamboat.

The property was in a good location. Walking distance to the Wildhorse gondola. The condo building was quiet. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of cookware and basic spices which was nice. The beds were really soft. It has an assigned parking space and was easy to access keys from lockbox. You may want a car when staying here as the Wildhorse gondola stops running around 5:30pm unless there is night skiing that day. Not sure how far the nearest bus stop is. Communication with management was great. They were very quick to respond. Be aware there is no elevator and just two flights of easy stairs to the unit. The only surprise was the leather on the sofa was flaking off on some of the seat cushions.

Great that you don’t have drive to ski Steamboat

This place is just okay and we wouldn’t stay here again. The lone bedroom bed isn’t a king size bed. There was a musty odor present in the apartment and a moldy shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. It’s about a 150 yard walk to the gondola and similar to the hot tub.

This property was in a great location!!! Less then a 5 min walk to the wild horse gondola (which takes you to the base of the ski resort) and was also a close walk to the pool, hot tubs (which were great for after a day of skiing) and the game room! The only thing that didn’t work was the tv In the guest room but that wasn’t a big deal. Very comfortable place!

Our family had a great stay at this condo. It was conveniently located, was clean, and had great amenities. Both showers and the master bathroom sink need maintenance as they did not properly drain.

We stayed during mud season and had a blast- great for a family of 5. There was a lot of construction going on nearby, but still great amenities (pool/game room). I would have loved more specific instructions on check-in (like where to get parking pass) and where the pool/game room was located-- maybe this is more clear during regular seasons. Very close to mountain, restaurants, easy to get into town. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay with a family of 5. We traveled to Steamboat for a wedding and instead of booking 2 hotel rooms this was a much better option. The condo was perfect size for our family and the pool / spa area was excellent. It was easy to find and the directions on accessing the property were spot on. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We will stay there again on our next visit to the area hopefully during the ski season.

The location is awesome. The hot tub and pool are shared with multiple other buildings, but were surprisingly not busy. They are connected to this building though. The condo was clean and safe. It had everything we needed stocked. There is no AC for summer, so we were a little hot at night. No place to store bikes and recreational equipment.

The property was perfect for us and our three kids. It was walking distance to many fun things or just a short drive. The pool and gaming room were a great pass time as well as games that were also nicely provided in the condo.

The property was just as listed except the pool, hot tub, and fitness center were accessible through a different building. It was in walking distance so not a big deal. There was however a lot of construction going on which made for difficulties parking and trucks obscuring driving views when pulling out of the parking lot. All in all it was a good place to stay and recommend it for others.

The check in process was really the only frustration as the key box was not clearly marked for the unit that we needed to check into so we spent quite a bit of time trying to unlock a box that had our unit number on it but was not our unit I’m not sure how management expects us to decipher that . The box we needed was not marked at all. I was told it was but the number fell off…really? Here’s an idea: REPLACE IT!

Clean condo with plenty of space and is well stocked. The condo is located a short walk from the Wildhorse Gondola which was super convenient in the morning for getting to the slopes. The problem with this is that the gondola closes early at 5:30 during the week. Also, the bus line does not come by the condo. Lyft/Uber was spoty, hard to get and expensive. If staying in this condo during the winter I would recommend getting a car.

Very convenient location for skiing. Hot tub and facilities were great to have. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negative was a very faint smoke smell but it wasn't a problem for our group.

We had a lovely stay. There is a gondola connecting the entire condo complex to the base area, so you can put on your ski boots, grab your skis and go. The unit was clean, well supplied with essentials like toilet paper. Hot tub and swimming pool are in a different building in the complex and just a very short walk. Super pleasant. Excellent value. My two teenage daughters and I were very happy!

Perfect sized condo for our family of 4. Quiet… except for us! Would have been nice if it had a bit more Christmas cheer for the holidays. But can’t complain because they graciously gave us a couple extra hours for checkout since our shuttle pickup was at noon. PS: chairs need to be fixed. I think they are missing a board under the cushions.

The property over all was well kept. The washer needs a thorough cleaning (moldy smelling and moldy rubber door liner-not unusual for front loading machine but does need to be maintained properly).Odd to be asked to run a load of laundry to help the cleaning crew but complied. Each bathroom had tiny bottles of body soap. With two people using one bathroom it didn’t go past one shower each.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. Super easy contactless check in. Kitchen was well equipped , all except for oven mitts. The beds were comfortable and lots of towels provided. The quick 5 minute walk to the pool and hot tubs were enjoyed by all. We had one small issue, a non working toaster, that was very quickly resolved by a new one being delivered. Great location!

The location of the place was a great for us, the pool was very nice and relaxing. Lots of fans in the condo to move air. The place itself needs some TLC. ALL of the barstools (8) were terrible, had no padding left and very unstable. The king mattress is very worn in and needs to be replaced. The toaster didn’t work ( not a big deal), no hot pads for taking stuff out of the oven. Would be nice to have something in the bunk bed room like a night stand or dresser. There were light bulbs out in the kitchen which made it very dark in the main area where we hung out.

What a great spot! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. Quick walk up the mountain to enjoy the chairlift, great restaurants nearby, wonderful hot tub on the premises.We look forward to coming back next year!

Our stay here was overall very pleasant. The condo itself was super clean, the location was great, and the amenities for a family were on point (we spent a lot of time playing pool and foosball!). The unit was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The condo was as pictured, a bit outdated style-wise, but very clean and comfortable. The only downside was wifi connectivity - it was very slow. However, since we were on vacation (and we brought our own hotspot) we were okay without it. All-in-all would recommend!
