Great View from Balcony!

I really liked the view on the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, elevator available. Nice, clean and very cozy studio with a charming terrace facing the sea. Very thorough explanation on how to obtain the keys and to enter the property + building.

The owner send a video how to access the property. It was very clear and free parking were available. The apartment was not on the ground floor, but it had a lift that made it easy to carry to luggage to the apartment.

It was a fold-out bed and not very comfortable for two people. The parking area were very steep and you need a good handbrake and skills to park your car. The apartment had a bath tub, but it had to plug.

- sofa bed was a bit sinking to the middle - no wifi (is indicated) - signal of the network doesn't reach inward

The view and the parking possibility.

We got not any closed chest, no garderobe and other possibilities to place our clothes even it was promised us when i got in contact with the renter before expiry of cancellation period. The freezer was dirty and after a long trip first i also had to clean the fridge inside before i put my food into it. Also i cleaned knifes, forks and other cooking utilities before using. The matress of the sofa bed was no more plain and not comfortable. There was a decent smell of cigarette smoke in the room. T shirts we placed on the grey fauteuils (as we didn't have a chest) took this smell after some time.
