Very pleasant and comfortable experience

Condo was fantastic! Beautiful decor and art, impeccably clean and comfy. View out the very large living room sliding glass doors was amazing. It was nice that the unit wasn’t connected to other units and it felt very private. Nice courtyard and multiple small patios with sitting areas surrounded the home. No complaints at all! Thank you for an amazing stay.

This property was comfortable but could have been cleaned better. When we checked in there was a large pile of dead ants in the bathroom next to a hole in a wall. Given the price per night I feel like more attention to cleanliness was warranted. The house is overly decorated with Southwestern influences and has nice outdoor space. There is ample seating throughout the home. The separate bedrooms with bathrooms was a nice set up. The coffee maker didn’t work so I’m hopeful that will be fixed for the next people who stay. The entire community was quiet and dark making for a nice view of the stars at night. We would stay at another property when we come back to Santa Fe to understand what else is available.

The stay was perfect for our needs. We felt as if we were the only ones in the whole world for just a weekend and that the spectacular view was ours alone! The house is perfectly decorated and met our expectations. But by far, the best aspect was the crystal clear perspective of the mountains and the birds the flew around chirping while we drank coffee and watched the inspiring view. The kitchen as well is spacious and well equipped - it is more than enough for a group of four to enjoy cooking together throughout the stay. We had a great time and cannot wait to get back!

Lovely stay. 10-minutes north of town, offering hillside views that feel remote within quiet neighborhood. Kokopelli Property Management was very professional and responsive. Would absolutely choose this location again. We prefer out of town for quiet and more landscape (less city) experience. This location was an excellent choice.

Very comfortable stay, felt like home. Santa Fe is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking wine and watching the sunsets. Amazing tub allowed for ultimate relaxation! We could have been content to just spend our vacation relaxing at the house. Great space for a romantic getaway or a family trip like ours. We will be back for sure!

We had to rent something on short notice due to a medical issue. When I talked to the initial managers (in Florida), I gave three requirements...no stairs, walk-in shower, internet. It turns out there are ten stairs, a broken internet, and a nice walk-in shower. When I called the local managers to complain I was told, so a few stairs, what's the problem? Thankfully, after a lot of prompting, a young man came and helped with the luggage, which was also promised on our departure but never happened. I called later that night about the stairs being unlit, but no help there. I called about the internet (the equipment needed replacing and according to comcast had needed replacing for months) and was told a cleaning lady would come fix it, which was ridiculous and didn't happen. We were without internet for three days and since I run a business, it was a huge problem. So once again, the home was nice enough (although obviously not prepared for our stay), the property managers not so keen on customer service.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cowboy Villa is a wonderful Condo that is very well furnished. Great for two couples because both bedrooms have a full private bath. Kitchen is furnished with everything needed to cook your own meals. You will need to drive to everything for groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. so a car is required. We arrived Thanksgiving day and the property management company was closed Thursday and Friday and the emergency off hours people were not interested in helping solve are small issues. The outdoor grill did not work. I would guess it had not been working before because there were steno(sp?) fuel cans in the grill that had been used before. Also one toilet was running constantly so besides the noise was wasting a lot of water and money. I finally fixed it at least temporarily. I am a builder. We also had some lights burned out and could not find bulbs to replace them. You also are only furnished 1 roll of toilet paper so if you are staying for a while you need to purchase. I was told by the Property Management company they only supply 1 roll per bathroom! We stay in VRBO's 3-4 times a year and this is first time we have run into this. We own a VRBO rental and provide a lot more free extra's. The home is very nice and a great layout. It is well built and has very nice views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was the thermostat seemed to have a mind of it's own. We eventually just turned it off, but it still cycled on. We contacted the property management company, and they did return our call, but we were never able to connect. From what we could tell the system was a heat pump, so it could have likely been operator error as we are ot accustomed to how they function. Also, and this is really picky, the living room arrangement needed one more chair to make it comfortable for 4 people to have a conversation. We found it a bit clumsy to have 3 people sit on the sofa, and bringing a chair in from the dining area was not a comfortable solution. We ended up bringing in one of the patio chairs. Other than those 2 things, everything else was fine.

The quality of everything from the cookware, towels & linens are the very best. As a former Santa Fean I loved the location, upon booking the trip the hot tub & pool were very important as one of the guest who were on the trip were training for a marathon for Thanksgiving. We had no idea that the hot tub & pool in the casita areas were under construction and the entire lodge will not be complete until Spring 2017. We thought since there was a jacuzzi tub that would be fine but it was out of order as well. The stables are open and a nice horse back trip was great. I am sure that the Jacuzzi will be working soon, so book this oasis of beautiful Santa FE. I know I'll be back again soon. Other than the inconvenience of the hot tub situation

Just a short drive to the best part of town and ski resort. It snowed twice and the property was cleared asap. Loved it.
