the location was fantastic, the space was perfect for a family.

there was no kindling for the fire, and only one roll of TP in each toilet for 4 days 🙈 and the dishwasher wasn’t working

it was warm and clean, great location and great facilities and we were able to take our dogs! w

more matches, toilet paper, kindling and the dishwasher was broken!

Beautiful design, very good beds and bedding, nice and warm with good heating (with no need to light the fire, but we did anyway just for the sake of nostalgia!), close to the Alpine School where our daughter was. Fully enclosed garage meant the car wasn’t iced in the mornings. Beautiful view of snow gums from dining area windows.

Hope you get the dishwasher fixed soon, but it was very nostalgic doing the dishes by hand! We now have PHDs in operating the TV and video - a one page instruction sheet could help. Ensuring adequacy of basic supplies such as tea, sugar, coffee, UHT milk, oil, salt, pepper would be appreciated as the Dinner Plain supermarket was closed during our stay.
