It was enjoyable! We love the location, the communication was excellent as well!! We just want to comment that the drawers, cabinets, corners and baseboards need a thorough cleaning. They are dirty and unkept. We had food crumbs in the bottom of the utensil drawer. Also the entry/front door could use a sweep, new mat and the flower bed needs cleaning. There was puzzle pieces in dirt at front door.

The yard at this property has millions of thistles that covered our poor puppy & stuck in the pads of his feet. After just minutes in the yard, we had to hold the puppy down for an hour to remove them & cut his fur to get them off. While trying to chew them off, he was choking on them. VERY SCARY!!! Owner needs to spray yard like all of the other neighbors do!!!
Property manager did move us after 2 days to a different house with a wonderful fenced yard!

We needed to stay close to other family for a memorial service, and the ease of check in/out really helped. The mattress is bad, but that’s to be expected in a rental place. Otherwise, great place!

Really clean, comfortable and a very pleasant and quiet location. Deer, bluebonnets, all the comforts needed for a fun stay. Highly recommend, do not think you will be disappointed. Maybe add a Keurig :); just because. All amenities refrigerator with ice and water, stove, plates, silverware, toaster, towels outdoor patio, grill, garage, etc, etc etc. just a really lovely place to stay. Thank you.

The house was perfectly clean and complete with all the necessities such as shampoo and conditioner, towels, and even game boards. My family enjoyed being able to see deer in the early morning near the house and the grill outside was useful for our barbequing. Plus, the kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, cups, a working dishwasher, and a tea kettle. This house is close to a beautiful lake and is surrounded by amazing scenery.

This was a perfect home for our getaway. We The house was perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable, and there was definitely enough room to not feel on top of each other. We would definitely stay again.
Only suggestion would be to have a few minimal items, like salt/pepper, oil, etc. j

Great place to stay
Loved the amenities. place was clean and good home base for the highland lakes. Family of deer came every morning to much on the grass and enjoy the birdsong out on the patio. Kitchen came with basic things. bring your own oil, S&P etc but otherwise functioned well. The flapper for the venthood can be a bit loud esp when it's windy but otherwise would definitely come back.

Place was really nice
The place is lovely, we could have used another blanket or 2 , coffee and main essential spices would have been good, most places like this one we have stayed have had a little of the basic essentials ,spices, salt coffee and oil to cook, since those are things we can’t bring back as we travel. Other than that it was nice.

weekend getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean. We are a family of five plus two dogs, the place was perfect for us. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. Loved the modern theme decor of the house. The kitchen was well equipped to our needs. Little backyard was prrfect for our fur dogs. Also, it was nice to have a lovely visits from deer every morning. Overall, very peaceful and comfortable stay. Would 100% recommend!

Nice home - dog friendly
Enjoyed our stay. The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the home was nicely decorated. Watched the sunset on the back patio. Plenty of deer's to see in the back yard. Highly recommend this property.

The home is great! Everything about it was perfect (although an update on kitchen knives would be greatly appreciated).
We got an e-mail saying we could do a late checkout for a certain fee. It did NOT say there was a time limit to do so. We tried paying the fee the night before checkout and it we weren’t able to do so. We tried calling Vacasa staff and though very polite they weren’t able to do anything themselves. They didn’t even know they couldn’t do anything about it.
It was quite frustrating as we had a late flight home and could’ve had shelter for a longer period.
