Decided to book this location for a last minute, family beach getaway. It. Was. Perfect!! The listing is exactly as advertised, located right on the beach and within walking distance to many great places. We have absolutely no complaints and are already talking about our next trip!

This place is beautiful. The views were amazing, the pool was refreshing, and it was a perfect spot to access some great restaurants and dessert spots. IRB is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our beach time. We were close to a CrossFit gym and able to run on the beach which was a plus for us.
The only downfall is that it’s not kid friendly. We have a 1.5 year old boy and 3 year old boy. As soon as they wake up they are dancing and moving around, not jumping or doing anything other than stepping loudly.
You can hear everything in this particular condo even if someone was outside walking up the steps to get into the door.
Both kids weigh under 30 lbs but little feet moving around in the living room is loud. It was exhausting to yell at them the entire time to stop and sit down and not fair to them or the people below us when they were moving. The last day it rained so we just went home early bc we knew if they were inside all day it would likely be a problem. If you don’t have kids, book this place it’s great!

Everything about this rental is perfection. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need, the beds are comfortable, the walkability is fantastic, but the most important aspect is the quick walk to the beach and spectacular views of the gulf.

We have been staying at this particular condo since 2017, somethings several times throughout the same calendar year. We often refer to it has our Florida Home. We love the location, as its centrally located near downtown Indian Rocks within walking distance of many local restaurants and other novelties. The condo sits on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf along with sugar white sand. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and only access by stairs. It overlooks a heated swimming pool with many chairs to share. The condo has 2-bedroom, 2-bath and a very nice, equipped kitchen. The condo was recently updated and beautifully decorated.

This was the 2nd year staying at this beautiful condo and have already secured it for next year. Beautiful place, well-maintained and clean. Had a bad storm during our stay, it blew apart the outdoor storage container. Called the manager and they had someone there with the 1/2 hour to fix it. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a beautiful condo, right on the beach super clean and newly furnished. 2 excellent matrasses, 1 king 1 queen. The sunsets at night are beautiful, you see dolphins mornings and evenings, white sandy beach for miles, restaurants within walking distance great ice cream shop steps away. Heated Pool and patio, nice balcony. Its worth the $$$. The only downside busy street to enter and leave parking area, 3 sets of stairs to haul your stuff up.

Overall this property was lovely, with updated decor. The number one reason to book this property is to be close to the beach with ocean views, which were fantastic. All of the furniture inside and out was comfy. There was strong water pressure in the showers. We were looking for a blender to make smoothies, but we ended up buying an inexpensive one, which we took to the next rental. There were a few minor issues common to Florida rentals such as difficulty opening the doorwall because of salt spray on the track, (which we forgot to report to management), and hearing some sounds from other units. There were no bugs to deal with though. We did smell smoke in our unit several times from a person outside smoking on their deck in the building right behind our unit- when we had no windows open- which was weird. Maybe it was because it was so windy and the vents on the roof kept flapping open and closed. I don't think that there is anything that anyone could do about that though. We didn't use the pool area because of the weather, but were surprised that it looked smaller in person than in photos. Over all it was a good choice to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and nice and clean. Great location a few steps to the beautiful white sand beach! The pool was heated and nice to swim in when the beach was too cold. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. The kitchen and rest of the condo was stocked well. Very good water pressure for showers. The location was also great with shops and restaurants very close. Could walk to restaurants and an awesome ice cream shop! Lovely to drive along the coast and explore. Lots to do in the area and the Tampa airport is wonderful too. Would definitely stay in this condo again!.

This was our first vacation in Indian Rocks Beach and it definitely won't be our last! My sister and I booked this unit for our annual "Sister Get-Away" trip and we were absolutely thrilled with the beach and the accommodations. The unit was so clean....really clean! It was tastefully decorated and we were left with enough supplies to get our vacation off to a great start. We were very happy with the entire experience, and Sue was great to work with throughout the booking process. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful beach!

As soon as we walked in, we felt "at home". A beautifully-appointed, spotless oasis from the cold and damp of New Jersey. Everything was well thought out, including clening supplies, laundry detergrnt, and fluffy white towels. To be able to sit and watch the sun set over the gulf, hear the waves throughout the night, or walking the beach early morning without crowds was exactly what we wqnted on a vacation. Thnak you for opening your beautiful home to us, and hopefully, we will be back soon.

Outstanding as usual. First, the accommodations of our condo exceeds our expectations. The place is well kept and the management team does a great job of cleaning between stays. The location is perfectly located in IRB (Indian Rocks Beach) within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops. We stayed for 3-weeks and have come to know others who stay during this time. This was our first time at IRB. We had a very nice experience. The location was very convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. It was nice to have access to beach toys and pool equipment. Having some cleaning supplies in the unit and extra toilet paper is very helpful.

Second year in a row that we have stayed here. The location is hard to beat, 100 feet from the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless again this year and the beds are very comfortable. Would love it if the shower heads had adjustable pressure and the if the toilet seat in the master was replaced with one that actually fit the toilet but those just little items that would make this perfect. We will stay here if it available when we vacation to Florida next time.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for the week. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a fantastic bakery. The beach was not crowded. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Home Away From Home
If you would like to spend time right on the ocean, with convenience , and a homey feel, this is the place for you. Walking down the stairs and out of the garage, puts you right on the beach; therefore, I went everyday! This location puts you close to great places to tour, including Pier 60, John's Pass, and St. Pete's beach to name a few. The actual rooms didn't feel too foreign and felt comfortable to relax in after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to see the ocean, and explore Tampa.

This is our second 2-week stint in this facility. We have been visiting this area for the last 20+ years. When our long-standing Management Rental facility was bought by a larger rental company, we left them. This is our first year working with Long Key Vacation. They did a great job. Our AC actually stopped working and they had someone there the next day and repaired. We have booked already for the 2022 year.
