Second stay at this property. Overall a great location convenient to restaurants, golf and water activities yet away from the crowds in the heart of Horseshoe Bay. The unit is nicely appointed and comfortable. Always a treat to see the deer that frequent the yard. However, since my stay last fall the cleanliness has definitely declined. There are several items that need repair and/or replacing and numerous areas that need a deep cleaning. I sent the details and photos to the contact provided, although they offered to come out and clean, they could not provide a specific time. As I was there coordinating a family funeral, I did not have the flexibility or the time to wait all day for the cleaners nor the interest in supervising all that needed to be done as it would have taken many hours. I took time to provide photos and details and got no follow up from management. Areas of issue: Grill was dirty and grill "set" was non existent other than the brush which was worn down to the nubs and rusty, guest bath shower curtain was orange along the bottom and smelled, needs replacing, master shower doors had thick mildew along bottom edge and lots of line scale build up, both fan vents are covered in dust, molding in master bath needs to be replaced or repaired and well cleaned around the toilet area, molding throughout unit is covered in dust/grime, numerous spots on walls and doors, blood on back of guest room door, cob webs on blinds, could not find sheets or pillow for fold

Second stay at this property - Great location, away from the heart of HSB so it's quiet and relaxed yet close to all of the fun and amenities one could want without the congestion and noise. However the cleaning crew needs to do a deep clean with attention to detail. I was frustrated that the unit was not very clean and in need of replacement and/or repair of a number of items. I sent photos and details to the PM only to get a generic response. I would have appreciated the unit being cleaned while I was there, however, I did not have time to wait for them to arrive in their "window of time" nor did I have the time or interest in over seeing the process. No one has followed up or offered any discount for my stay which is also disappointing. Otherwise, a great place to stay,

We needed a homebase for an activity in the area, and this worked out great. Quiet and clean home with everything we needed!

Cute place. Very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the neighborhood was nice.
