The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we checked in early and they had everything ready for us, they even gave us two rooms next to each other. We stayed in the independza rooms at the back of the hotel and we could park directly outside our room. The bathroom was new and modern with a great shower. The breakfast was good and the service was great. I would definitely stay longer next time.

I wish I could have stayed here for more than 1 night. Felt very welcome as soon as I stepped in this hotel, manager walked us to the room and explained everything, the gentlemen behind the reception was super helpful and gave me some explanation about the area. Room was nice, not my personal style but had everything in it that we needed. Hotel looks nice from the outside, good parking for my motorbike. Everything was super clean, had no chance to use the swimming pool but it looked very nice. Breakfast was above my expectation, aside from the standard stuff, loads of cakes that you can take a piece from. You can ask one of the personell to make any type of eggs, waffles or pancakes which is better than most good hotels I have stayed in. Extremely good value for money if you ask me (I was in the off season so probably got a good price)

I could not get the aircondition to lower the temperature in the room, I am pretty tech savy, went into all the settings but was unable to do it. Did not ask anyone of the hotel because it was quite late already (although they are there 24/7 I understood). Location is good but probably not the best, I did not visit the beach or the city center, but driving along the boulevard on the way there, it seemed like there are locations that are closer to where everything happens. Not important for me, but just have a look on google maps first to see if it close to your needs.

Everything was very clean. Nice pool (but you need to have your own towel, which wasn't mentioned on the website!). Very kind personel, speaking English very well. Tasty breakfasts, mostly italian (sweet), but there was also a possibility to eat lots of "continental" staff.

Far away from the center (actually out of Marina di Massa!, in the next village) - 25 min on foot from the touristic center of Marina di Massa). There were info leaflets in the bathroom, saying that they are protecting environment, so doesn't change the towels everyday if there is no need, and to put them on the floor if you want them to be changed. I have never put any towel on the flor, and all 4 of them were taken to the washing machine every single day :( And no waste segregation. The aircondition was strange, there was hard to set the temperature.

Everything the pool was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent the next morning.

hotel staff were amazing, the breakfast, like other reviews was probably the best spread we have ever seen - plus they make additional items to order (ie eggs, pancakes etc). the pool was so pretty and lots of room around so you can have sun or shade - only issue might have been to have towel service lots of parking and really easy access to miles of beach (both public and areas that you can rent chairs and umbrella for very reasonable prices such as 20 E weekdays we used the hotel bikes and enjoyed riding along the water front area the gardens were amazing and the hotel has so many areas for guests to relax - we were very impressed and would love the chance to come back again

A family hotel where everything is taken care of. The hotel is very well equipped for children, beautiful pool even for adults, a very friendly staff. in one sentence, just perfect.

Maybe just the sea is not like in Croatia ;-)
