Met up with our daughter and her husband who are RVing the country. The home was perfect for our visit. Good size, comfortable sofas, etc. 10 min drive to London Bridge. Lots of great places to eat. Had good communication with Rhonda the host. Overall a great stay!

One of the cleanest and nicest Vrbo that we have stayed in. The beds were amazing! House is very clean and is somewhat stocked with grocery supplies for cooking. It is a very roomy house with lots of character. The back porch is wonderful. It is a quiet neighborhood. We will be staying again!

The whole stay was great! Check in was super easy and same with checking out. The house was very clean and cozy. Had a great backyard for our dog that stayed with us, and a great location, easy to get around to everything in Lake Havasu. Will definitely come back when visiting family again!

Everything was awesome! Maybe trim the tree and the bush in the back yard for better viewing while sitting outside, but other than that it was amazing!

We rented this great house for our family to take a weekend to enjoy Lake Havasu with our boat. It worked great for us, with plenty of space, comfortable accommodations, nice and quiet location, lovely hot tub and a great evening view of sunsets. We loved having the space to keep our boat on site easily, plus room for friends to come over for dinner one night. Definitely will return the next time we're planning a stay here.

This was the perfect little house for us! It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in town so we weren’t at the house much during the day but it was the perfect little home to stay at night. King bed was very comfy and shower pressure was good! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great little house in an excellent neighborhood. My wife and I and our two dogs enjoyed the stay there very much. Great area behind the house to take walks with our dogs and sat in the sun on the deck every afternoon. My brother and his wife visited in their 5th wheel and utilized the full RV hookup that’s available. There is an excellent grocery store called Bashas about five minutes away.

A beautiful home in LHC. Approx 6 minutes from the Bashes. The home was fully stocked of essential items including pantry as well. Of course we added to what we used. The back yard was big enough for my 6 year old and dog to run around.
The neighborhood was quiet, super quiet! The communication with the owners was great, they Always responded quickly.
Overall, it was a great place for us to stay while we worked in LHC, we travel there often for work so we will be renting again!

We stayed at the house for a weekend trip at the lake. The property was nice. We used the 3 regular beds and pullout bed from the couch. The kids were comfortable sleeping on it and it was easy to set up. I never needed to contact the owner during our stay, but she did keep me informed about a storm before we arrived.
The only “problem” we had was parking. The driveway was not long enough for our truck and boat when connected. When I looked at the aerial view of the house, there was a portion of the driveway that went along the side of the house and thought it would be fine. However, the owners have their boat and ski parked there. We were able to get creative and disconnected the trailer from the truck. It just would have been nice to know that beforehand. Everything else was fine.

Great house for our lake trip!
This was my first time staying in a home vacation rental and everything was awesome! The house was the perfect size for a family of 4! My two kids loved having their own room and able to watch movies and had separate beds. The fenced back yard was great for our dog, didn't have to worry about letting her out. The house was super clean, organized and great furniture! The carpet is nice and feels brand new!
I loved the little 4th of July decor accents added, made it feel cozy and welcoming for a holiday trip! It was great to use the garage for our car as well.
Plenty of helpful things stocked already that you don't always realize you need, like ziploc bags or a straw.
Rhonda was very responsive and helpful with all questions!
Def recommend staying here!

Quiet little house
We had a great stay at this house. It was quiet and a nice location. The master bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The backyard is nice place to relax and hang out.

Fabulous in all ways!
Everything was great! When we got there, the house was really clean and super cute and cozy. It was the perfect size for us (2 bedrooms/2 baths). The location was also great. It was at the end of a cul-de-sac and super quiet. It had beautiful views of the mountains. Also, we didn't realize we could see the lake initially, but from the back porch, you have a view of the lake. There is a nice hot tub on the back porch along with other amenities such as a table and chairs, grill, fire pit, a porch swing and fenced-in yard. The landlord is fantastic to work with and has very good customer service skills and is very easy to reach. Oh, also the fabulous views of the Arizona skies are amazing from this home. We miss this home already.

I liked everything about the property, check in was a breeze, and was able to use existing supplies and leave additional supplies. Property was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet. Definitely will be returning to this property.
