Everything was perfect. Great location, thoughtful touches, good communication with the owners and a generous welcome pack. 10/10 from us.

Comfortable cottage. Comfy bed. Super shower. Immaculately presented . Very generous welcome pack. Quality washing products provided .Good parking outside window.
Easy to walk into the town. Some nice shops.
The fridge ice box door was broken, causing things to ice up. Cottage a little cold in the bedroom.

The location of the cottage, the lovely modern very clean & the welcome basket of posh groceries, we didn't get to meet the hosts? But they was always on the end of a phone if needed or next door .It was wonderful break weather raining lots but the hosts can't control that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bancroft Cottage &
Hopefully will be returning again.
Their wasn't anything we didn't like on our break. Just one small problem they were quite a few cobwebs high up in the ceilings but I think that is part & parcel of nature from spiders living up their so can't be helped.so not criticism.

Lovely little cottage in a great location. Well equipped with quality finishes and spotlessly clean. Everything you could want in a holiday home. Will be returning for sure. The hosts were lovely and very helpful.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful little cottage. Just a few minutes walk to the middle of town. We liked all the country Inns we could also drive to within a few miles. Bedale is a very friendly little town and very central for touring around.
We liked everything and had no complaints.

Really nice small self catering cottage. It is clear this is a labour of love for the hosts! All furnishings are brand new and of exceptional quality. Whilst the cottage is compact they've made really clever use of the space - plenty of storage. Great location and good parking. I kept waiting to find something that wasn't perfect but never found anything! We will be back!

Immaculate property, a real home from home with attention to detail. Beautifully designed and super comfortable living and sleeping space. Ideal location for stay in North Yorkshire, with local amenities just a few minutes walk, as well as situated to explore the best of N.Yorks. The owners even provide a welcome hamper with bread, eggs, biscuits and snacks, as well as a selection of teas, coffees and milk and bottled water left in the fridge.
