Based on the reviews I read, I was hoping this would be a great experience. It was even better than we had hoped. Just like everyone had said Katherine was a great communicator and helped us with places to go and things to do. The snorkeling tour to Buck Island is a must if you enjoy seeing beautiful coral and fish. The house was very comfortable and the family enjoyed it all around. The pool was fun and we enjoyed walking to the beach with hardly anyone around. Snorkeling was good from the beach too. The house itself was as advertised. Everything was clean and comfortable for everyone. It was hot and the air conditioner worked well. The kitchen was equipped with all you would need and worked fine. I can’t find anything that would be a negative! I hope we can come back soon. You should not be disappointed if you book this place.

Breathtaking from the very beginning! Every single detail was seen to, and our host was in contact with us the entire time to make sure we had all that we needed. We felt so well taken care of! This location is phenomenal, forgetting to all the places we needed to go. The accommodations were spot on, luxurious linens, and comfortable beds made for an amazing vacation!

We had a great time here. The house is wonderful-with really well appointed ensuites and many lovely places to hang out outside-with a great view and a fun pool to cool off in. The kitchen was well outfitted-and the location is great. And you are connected to a lovely beach as well. n And Katherine-the house manager-was terrific-responsive and very available-and left us a lovely welcominng basket with lots of lovely things- which made us feel right at home. Our group felt like we were 'the rich and the famous' for a week at this house-and we think you'll feel the same. We would definitely rent this house and property again.

King House was a perfect setting for a perfect vacation. Our group of 7 enjoyed this open floor plan while each having our own suite to retreat to at the end of the day. We cooked 2 family meals in their fabulous kitchen and enjoyed pool time and beach time as well. We felt safe, pampered and sun kissed!

We go on a yearly trip with our kids and grandkids to someplace warm. This house was perfect for us. Beautiful house and landscaping, pretty pool surrounded by deck with lots of outdoor furniture, and adjacent sandy beach with very few people. Security for the neighborhood made us feel safe. This house was well outfitted with lots of beach chairs, mats and toys. The kitchen was better stocked with cooking supplies and equipment than any other VRBO we have rented. Katherine the manager was very helpful. It was a great week!

This property is exactly what I had hoped it would be. Each bedroom offers plenty of privacy when necessary and the kitchen and outdoor sitting areas were perfect for enjoying family time spent either around the pool or eating meals together. The beach (Shoys)was amazing for our daily walks to go swimming as a group and relax in the sand. We had several days that we just stayed at the house since it was so beautiful. Katherine was excellent and made sure everything went completely smooth. I highly recommend this house you won't be disappointed.

King House is ideal for a family vacation. The location is perfect, up a quiet road near the Buccaneer Resort. The view is spectacular, a large lawn that leads out to the beach and ocean. Just lovely. Beautiful view of sunsets and sunrise every day. The rooms are clean. Kitchen is great. We cooked almost every meal and it was ideal. Outdoor grill is new- we used it quite a bit. Lovely dining room although we ate outside most of the time. Katharine, the house manager is very available. We had a few questions and she came right over and was in contact the whole time. Highly recommend this property !

King House is in a superior location - next to the best resort on the island, gated community, outstanding plot of land with gorgeous lawn, magnificent stretch of beach, memorable views. The house was so nice! We were 3 couples, college friends reconnecting, and the accommodations were perfect. Nicely laid-out bedrooms, excellent living space with a great outdoor kitchen, cool family room for movie night, and many separate seating areas to mix up meal and lounge time.

Great location, wonderful clean comfortable home

We rented this home based on it's location and layout for our daughters wedding, it was phenomenal, actually even better than the photos represent. The kitchen was large with newer appliances allowing us to comfortably cook and gather, the outside kitchen and grill worked out well. The living spaces (patios, dining rooms, living room) were excellent and allowed us to separate or gather. The bedrooms were split into two wings allowing separation. Katherine was a joy to work with. Can't say enough about the location an dthe property.

This property was amazing! It was our annual family vacation, 5 adults and 4 teens, there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was great and the center of the house. The beach entrance is off to the one side of the property and is sandy. We have stayed at many vacation homes and we have never had such a wonderful and delightful host!! Katherine is amazing in all ways…communication, suggestions, availability! She offered a list of suggestions, we tried the private chef for a birthday, we did the kayaking and also tried the drop off dinner when we arrived (delicious!) Great first trip to St. Croix, relaxing and wonderful… we will definitely be back to the King House again!

We had two families with small children staying at this property. The house and setting is beautiful and the rooms are well furnished with great style. Lots of great amenities and wells stocked with games, tours and kitchen items. The beach that’s right in front is pretty but not easy for small children to swim. They enjoyed playing in the sand but all swimming was at the pool. There are a few items that need some attention. In the kitchen. The grille needs new burners, the fridge has a few shelves that need to be replaced and the stove is a bit finicky. All relatively small items but wouldn’t expect it at this price point. The Property manager is awesome. She was available to us and in contact without being too much. We may her are her new puppy one morning and they are super nice and attentive. The island itself is beautiful but very different than other Caribbean locations. Less developed/ comercial and the beaches have more rocks than other locations. But just a few minutes away you can have a perfect beach to go to just about everywhere in the island if you ask the locals. Get a car an explore.

We had a group of 9, an awesomely sweet yet occasionally dysfunctional FAMILY (although not all blood related in this group it DOES NOT MATTER, still family❤️)! Couldn’t have asked for a better week anywhere! And KingHouse did not disappoint!!!! Would 100% recommend!! And Katherine is Awesome!!

I don’t know where to begin!! The house and property were amazing. There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room. Katherine was wonderful, any questions we had she got back to us right away!! I hope someday we have the opportunity to return. Thank you Katherine!!!!!!!!! Lynn and the gang!!

This house was great for our family and extended family for our weeks vacation to St. Croix, USVI. The outdoor space is amazing and has multiple seating areas to enjoy. Beach was great for swimming and snorkeling which we had to ourselves the majority of the time. Highly recommend!

Wonderful from start to finish! Katherine could not have been more helpful – and she responded to every question and need. The house is perfect for a family, especially with young kids. The beach is gorgeous and the water is incomparable.

We loved our stay at the King House and Katherine was most helpful in setting up our itinerary. Would love to come back!!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The indoor/outdoor feel of the kitchen was delightful and we enjoyed walking down to the beach to take a quick dip or find sea treasures. Katherine was very helpful as well. We will be back for sure!!

Even better than we expected from the photos and video. Responsive host. Loved the location. Might have been helpful to understand we could get everything we needed from Seaside Market & Deli (instead of going to Expressway). Also would maybe be good to add to the binder that people can refill their large water jugs at the grocery store to help reduce waste (there was no recycling). Overall we had a great time and loved the house!

We just returned from a week at King House and everything was perfect. I travel with a group of friends and this house has made it to the top of our list of favorites! The house was very comfortable with so many seating areas and a great layout. We all had our privacy while having great common spaces. The pool area was great, lots of seating and an outdoor fridge! We went to Shoys beach everyday, so convenient having it the front yard. Kat made sure we were comfortable and was available for anything we needed! Will definitely be back!

Very easy to get to and beautiful. Having all bedrooms with separate bathrooms is a major plus. Beautiful pool, view and beach. Got a personal chef for dinner each night making us local cuisine. Much better than eating out every night.

The pictures are really accurate and the property is as good as advertised! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kinghouse and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was very clean, the views were beautiful and the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We can't wait to go back!

This home was beautiful! Our favorites were the many inviting outdoor spaces, large flat lawn, spectacular ocean views with easy beach access and pool! Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as listed. We loved it! The open air kitchen is the center of the house. There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the house (east/west). All of the bedrooms were terrific. In my opinion, the “West” Bedroom offers the most privacy for a couple. We enjoyed eating our breakfast at different tables (Round table to side of pool. Table in west portico, table in front of the pool). We really enjoyed the views from each. The lounge chairs were perfect for sitting under the stars. We saw several terrific meteors! This is a terrific home base for your ST. Croix vacation. Had breakfast one morning at the Buccaneer and ended up going back to sit on the beach there. (They have waiter service). I would love to get back to King House with extended family. WE had a small group, but this house could easily accommodate several couples. They had many floats and games available for any kids. (Including corn hole)! The formal dining room was absolutely beautiful, too. I would also add that the air-conditioning was excellent. Very quiet. As quiet as central air. I also LOVED the fact that it was in a gated community. Our gate lady welcomed us with a smile every time we went in or out. I cannot say enough nice things about this property!

While you could tell the property wagon the older side, it was still an amazing property with room for all. We truly enjoyed all the space for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 3 small children, and 2 other grown daughters, one with a fiancé. The view was amazing!

Outstanding! House was everything and more, location was perfection, Katherine was terrific! Couldn’t have asked for a better place and vacation. Katherine was splendid to work with and very responsive. A++++ all the way around!

We had a fantastic stay at the king house! Katherine was an amazing hostess and was very easy to communicate with. The house was even better than we had imagined. The layout is super cool with multiple different hangout areas that let you enjoy the outdoors including several ponds with frogs and lily pads. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and each had their own mini split to keep us cool at night. The pool was great and we could relax on the outdoor sofa or at the outdoor dining table while watching the kids swim. The beach is beautiful, calm and secluded with great snorkeling right out front. And the location was perfect- close to everything and we enjoyed being right by the Bucannner where we went several times to enjoy the beach bar. I highly recommend this property!
