Neighborhood is beautiful and great location relative to other things to do. Listing inaccurate in that outdoor area / furniture in disrepair (furniture old and dirty, fire pit area cushions stained and torn, outside lighting fixtures kicked over and not functional), indoor area is inadequately furnished (e.g., living room seating inadequate, kitchen lacks basic supplies / implements, refrigerator light out and ice didn’t work, t v lacks easy access to basic and premium channels). Also wasn’t in move in condition when we arrived and had to spend too much time on phone with host and their staff. Host was responsive not too many gaps relative to listing and price.

The house was very nice and comfortable. The pool area was great. There were a few small simple items that did make the stay inconvenient. We could never find any dish towels or dish rags. Kitchen could have used a handmixer. no bathmats. could not find salt and pepper shakers sugar bowl, etc. by locking pantry made for lack of easily accessible food storage.

This property was such a great experience. 10/10 recommended! We had a large family getaway here and it met all of our expectations. The property staff was great. The accommodations were just what we wanted. Will definitely be coming back!

So close to the polo fields this place was the perfect home base for our group. Tons of space, all the amenities and a very communicative and easy to work with manager. thank you for such an amazing stay!

A quick family reunion, house was plenty big enough for 9 adults,. Management very responsive. Booking seemed a bit weird as it's through another service and just advertised on VRBO, but it worked. We would rent this property again.

My husband and I rented this property for a month and just loved it. It is very large - lots of high ceilings and lots of rooms. The closets are huge and the bedrooms are perfect size. We had visitors in and out and there was not any feeling of being in the way of anyone. The golf putting green and the pool table were amazing - we loved using them! The pool was great - large enough for us and the hot tub too! We had some issues with the pool but the property manager was very quick to get it fixed. Few things missing in the kitchen but overall, it was great. Indio is about 30 minutes from Palm Springs and in the "newer" part of the Palm Springs area, but close to La Quinta where we used the Fritz Burns Rec Area for pickleball (so great!), the pool (so so great!) for laps and lots of great restaurants in the area. The hiking at the Living Desert was our favorite - very challenging but worth the view! Unfortunately we were hit with some sand storms (?? we never heard of this??) and had to stay inside some days due to the air quality, but they were like "rain" days. Make sure you bring warm clothes in February for the evening - the desert gets cool.

All great except only 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Very clean and functional. Definitely designed for rentals. Everything worked like it should!

House was nice, but we had a few issues, which makes me give this a low rating: immediately before arriving at the house, the owner told us the dishwasher was broken and would be fixed during our stay. It was not. Second, we paid an additional fee in advance to heat the pool and hot tub. Even though we paid in advance, we had to figure out that an app was needed to operate the heaters, and only received instructions after we asked during day 2. Also, there was no way to heat both at the same time. Next, the backyard, which was supposed to be the center piece of the house, was filthy. Everything was coated in a layer of dirt, making the outdoor furniture unusable. Lastly, the carpets in the house were filthy and stained. For the cost, the property could have been delivered in better condition.

We found the house to be just great. It was a very thoughtful touch to have a decorated Christmas tree, wreaths, and table decorations. We needed some help in getting the pool and Spa heated properly and that was taken very quickly. We had a wonderful family Christmas together. Thanks....Dallas

This property was very well maintained. Everything was exactly as the descriptions and pictures said and even all of the beds were very very comfortable for everyone to sleep in (we had a group of 7). Outdoor space was so much fun and a great way to spend a weekend!

We rented this home for my mom's 70th Birthday. The house has an open floor plan and is very spacious. Rooms are on the other side of the house, giving plenty of privacy. The kitchen is big and has a nice long dining table for everyons to sit. The backyard was by far my favorite, not just the pool/spa but the cool putting green and the fireplace. I loved that the backyard had a big TV and the misters were a bonus. The only uncomfortable part of the stay was the visitor and parking situation. It's in a HOA community so rules are very strict. No overnight parking in the street if you have more than 5 cars. There's really no other place to park outside the community. Other than that, everything was Amazing!

What a wonderful experience. Well kept property and lives up to the hype! Close to all of the stores in the area, quiet neighborhood, safe and secure, open floor plan with a great Master bedroom. Adults and kids had a great time. AC kept us comfortable and Great Communication with property manager.

Lives up to the Hype!
What a wonderful experience. Well kept property and lives up to the hype! Close to all of the stores in the area, quiet neighborhood, safe and secure, open floor plan with a great Master bedroom. Adults and kids had a great time. AC kept us comfortable and Great Communication with property manager.
