The bed is a small double. Pillows were lacking as too thin.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating! I stayed for my summer exams and they truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a study area, that my floor would be quiet at night for me to be able to focus and more! They were considerate of the location of my room to having access to facilities to even preparing earlier for my arrival! I was given a tour of the accommodation in person and they were always accessible for any questions or help I required. The location is also very good for being bang in the centre of Newcastle under Lyme. Great bus access and everything you need is walking distance!

Location was central. Easy for getting around. Lots of food places around. Cafe Nero just on the corner. Very clean. Nice hot shower.

Parking is a bit awkward. Luckily as I came in late I could drop off my suitcase but otherwise would have to have walked up the hill with my suitcase. A little noisy at night with the window open.
