We had great stay at Chris’s place! This was a last minute getaway but everything was great and clean, which was the most important!! The only thing that was stressful when packing was remembering to bring our own linens, pillows and towels…other than that I would definitely stay here again for the location, cleanliness and convenience to everything! Couldn’t have been more pleased for a stay with 2 small kids! Chris was great with communication!

150%++ PERFECT! Superb, clean, adorable, modern place to stay! Just steps away from the beach and ocean! This beach is wonderful since it has an outdoor covered pavilion gazebo with 6 benches to view the ocean and beach if you or your loved ones want to avoid the sun but take in the fresh outdoor air and the wonderful beach and ocean views. This Outstanding Condo has beautiful ocean view from the kitchen, living room, and outdoor deck. Love the Condo’s outdoor deck with table and seating for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful, modern, clean furniture, appliances, washer & dryer, beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, and televisions. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, ice cream parlours, miniature golf, breakfast coffee cafes, amusement park, grocery store, shops, boutiques, surf shop, and to view to daily sunset along the bay each evening. Such a breathtaking, peaceful, quiet, relaxing condo! Looking forward to my return visit with my family! ENJOY!!! ~ Antonia C.

We had a wonderful vacation in Beachaven, the condo was beautiful, clean and was a perfect location for access to the beach and all that l.b.I has to offer. Chris couldn’t have done any more to make us feel at home, the use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and two bikes was an awesome bonus! We would highly recommend this rental property. Great place! Close to everything

This was a great condo for a week away for my wife and I. Plenty of room for two people. It’s a great location, right off the beach. Also close to town for easy walking or biking to. The owner is very easy to communicate with too. Would definitely stay here again.

Chris' condo was the perfect spot for a beach get-a-way. The place itself was just lovely, clean and well appointed. Our adult children live close by and were in and out all week, with the perfect space for them to change after the beach or spend the night. The balcony was a wonderful place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. You are steps away from the beautiful Pearl Street Pavilion (where we got married) and the relaxing beach. All types of restaurants await just a short walk away, from the elegant Gables (our wedding spot) to the relaxing Barry's (best cheesesteaks). Ice cream at the WooHoo is the way to end a summer day at the beach. Chris was a wonderful host, available to answer any of our questions at any time of day!
