This property is in the perfect location on the Island. Quick access to the beach and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommend for a quick getaway.

Had a couple of lovely days one block from the beach. This area, at the northern tip, is quieter than other parts of the island. Beaches are beautiful. A nice walk to the northern “downtown”. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great locations and amenities in this cottage! We felt safe in the area and enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the bayside.

Great little bungalow in Bean point Anna Maria Island our only complaint was the construction noise next door.

We love Anna Maria, and our stay was perfect here. Proximity to shops, beach, and the Rod and Reel Pier was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood… Amazing weekend!!!

The house was exactly as described and in a perfect location just over a block from Bean Point Beach Access. The beach access trail adds about a block extra of walking before you get to the beach itself, but the trail is partially shaded by trees. The house is also well stocked with home necessities. All appliances worked well. Some of the items in the home are a bit older--such as the washer, beach cart, and some kitchen pans--but each worked well for us and caused no problems. The house was also spectacularly clean, which is hard to do in a beach town! We would definitely stay here again as the location and value for the cost exceeded our expectation.

This was the perfect place to spend three days away from the daily grind. Just as advertised - close to the beach, comfortable, well equipped and just a short bike or car ride to the center of AMI. I plan to return.

1 & 1/2 blocks to beach, great condo, all the things you need for a week at the beach! Would come back again!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was located a short walk from Bean Point at north end of Anna Maria Island. Beautiful white sands and interesting waves. The house had everything we needed and communication was great. Highly recommended !

We rent quite a bit and this property is really great... However it's managed by a third party and their communication is rude or non-existent. Usually we don't need to talk to anyone but this time we did. We sent a note before checking in and the response was confusing and then while there we wanted to see if we could find a plug and no response back ever. There were no bowls for food, etc. I saw all the previous reviews on this place and something must have changed b/c it really is a cool little place on a wonderful area. Too bad the customer service side was such a bummer - hope they fix it.

Perfect stay for a couple or small family. Close enough to the beach and local shops/restaurants. We choose to drive our rental down the road a bit and enter the beach from one of the local access points. Very quiet and peaceful on this end of the island. Super clean and well maintained we had everything we needed.

We seriously loved our stay in this home! It was stocked with anything we needed, the location to the beach was phenomenal, and the area is unlike any other part of Florida we have been to in all the years we have been coming for quick get always! We will absolutely be back again:)

Perfect place….location was great (so close to beach), so peaceful, the home has everything you need for cooking, beach gear and just feeling like home (great pressure in the shower & Comfy beds too). Loved the outdoor shower too! The only suggestion I would make is larger towels (my family is very tall) and more toilet paper (only had 3 rolls for 3 girls for 4 days). Definitely would stay again! This end of AMI is awesome!!

I wish we would have booked for the whole week. Great community and restaurants. Beach is walking distance and owner had plenty of beach gear and towels.

Cute little place that had all the necessities. Beach gear, umbrella, and wagon all included. The screen room was a great addition as well. Clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!
