We love this cottage! This was our 3rd time staying. As a mother with three children under the age of 8 this property is perfect. You can be cooking and they can be playing in the sandpit or on the beach without being out of sight. I always feel safe and the neighbors are very kind. The road in front of the house is perfect for scooter riding and remote control car races. The fire pit is safe for kids to roast marshmallows. It was another wonderful trip and I can't wait to visit again soon. Thanks Debbie for always going above and beyond to be a fantastic host!

What a welcoming home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. So many great things to point out: location location location, decorated by a professional that knows what makes for a warm inviting place to relax, carefully cleaned, kitchen with everything a group of cooking females could need, and best of all … the view! Hope to return.

My family fished and played in the sand the whole weekend. Very cute house, clean and easy check in and out.

We wanted a getaway to just relax and watch the ocean waves. It was a perfect place to enjoy all day. Kitchen was fully stocked with treats in the freezer and anything you need in the pantry. Beds were comfy. When all accommodations are expensive, this was worth the extra - very little to clean at check out.

Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We were notified early that we were able to check-in early so we could plan accordingly. What a treat! The space was thoughtfully curated with fun touches everywhere. One of the few places I have stayed that everything felt new and clean so was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The view is spectacular, right on the beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is AMAZING and they have done a phenomenal job of decorating and accommodation’s.
Debbie and Gary are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They treat you like a friend and not as a renter. We will be back in the future!!

We had a great stay! The house was so much more than a house, it was our home for those few days. From the moment you walk in and see the sand dollar art, the cabinet of treasures, to the picture window views, every detail makes you feel like you are in your own home. The layout was perfect and the rooms very spacious. You are on the beach and see magical sunsets every night! We know we will be back, it was the perfect home away from home stay!

Everything was perfect. This was our 2nd time vacationing at this property and the house was even better the 2nd time. It was comfortable and cozy for our 3 generation family and conveniently located to everything on South Whidbey.

The location is marvellous, beautiful views and steps away from a quiet and very pretty stretch of beach. The home has the most lovely decorating I have ever seen for a sea side cottage. Many lovely touches and unique furnishings. On top of this the home was immaculate and everything worked perfectly. We planned to go out for dinner a few times but couldn't take ourselves away.

We had an amazing time! The house was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable (we even bought the same mattress afterwards) and you can’t beat the sunset from the backyard.

Thoughtfully decorated and lots of little touches for guests. Best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a vacation rental. We spent our days on the beach or walking the friendly neighbourhood. Short drive to South Whidbey State Park, Trillium Community Forest for walks etc. and Freeland for groceries. Would love to go back again soon.

Our family with two girls ages 11 and 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. It was the perfect family getaway! The house is exactly as pictured and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the provided beach towels and Sonos speakers were a huge bonus. Riding bikes around the safe neighborhood was a lot of fun. The beach in the backyard felt very private at this time of year. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Lovely property and surrounding area. We are very familiar with Whidbey Island but haven’t been back for a while. The attention to detail of the decor was outstanding. Just one note, both tub and walk in shower floors felt a bit slippery. We solved this problem by scrubbing them with the Bon Ami cleanser:) hope to return again

Everything was perfect. We weren't just looking for a place to stay, we were looking for a place where we didn't have to leave for entertainment. The cottage is comfortable, warm, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. I loved enjoying my cup of coffee, while watching sea lions swim past with our kids playing in the backyard (thank you for providing indoor and outdoor toys!!) As a family, we spent a lot of time on the beach, we explored both directions and the neighborhood. We felt safe, even during the wind storm (thank you for providing flash lights!!) Overall, the cottage provided the relaxing and enjoyable family vacation we were looking for. THANK YOU!

This is one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The house is just like the photos, and feels like a home from the moment you walk in. The location is fantastic, and it’s the perfect size for 4-6 guests. We hope to come back very soon!

My husband, our two kids ( 6 and 4) and I had the best time staying here. Little touches like a stool in the bathroom for the kids, fun sand toys and an easily accessible draw with dishes fully devoted to the kids made this feel like a home away from home. Debbie is incredibly considerate to providing coffee, tea and plenty of pantry items. The view was amazing and we loved watching the various ships pass by.

Hands down, this is one of the most loveliest, well appointed homes we have ever stayed in with VRBO. You can tell lots of love, effort and thought went into remodeling this home. The view is amazing. Such a welcoming home. It was the perfect place for 2 moms, 2 daughters and 2 friends to spend a relaxing weekend on the island.

We’re always a little nervous when we try out a new place but this house was wonderful. The layout was perfect. My husband and I took the king bedroom with the on-suite and the view😊. The two side by side queen bedrooms were perfect for my daughter son-in-law and the two grandchildren. The bedding and beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The kitchen and adjoining family room made it perfect for staying connected while preparing meals. The outside large table with 6 chairs was perfect for us because the weather was warm enough for eating outside. We also ate one evening at the large dining room table inside. We were thrilled at the deer who visited every day ( next time we will make sure to bring lots of apples!) and we fished right out in front of our house! All in all it was an amazing visit. Debbie the owner was easy to contact throughout this entire process and I plan on having some girl trips here in the fall. You won’t be disappointed at all!! I give it a 10!

This property is amazing, wonderful location, very well stocked home, super quiet, good for staying in and relaxing but also close 15 - 20 min drive to cute towns and restaurants and fun excursions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We Love this house we had deer grazing in the backyard and people fishing for salmon off our beach the beach was part of our backyard we didn’t wanna leave and extended our stay for one day wish we could’ve stayed forever

Great, cozy cottage on the shore. Very contemporary and charming home with a beautiful backyard. Would be nice if they had more hot water capacity. Not enough fore six adults to take hot showers in the a.m.

Beautiful house, beautiful location
This was the best VRBO house we've stayed at. The house and decor are lovely. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for inside and outside and even some extras. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect - right on the water with a beautiful view. The owners were very nice and responded immediately when we contacted them with questions. We will be staying here again and would highly recommend it.

Once again we had a wonderful weekend at an extraordinary place. The cottage is impeccably decorated by a truly gifted owner. Everything we needed was there. The view, sea life, ships, and the mamma deer and two babies passing by made our vacation experience nothing short of magical.

Perfect homey beach front
Best review… we are going back. The appointment of this property was fantastic with everything we needed and more. We couldn’t stop looking at the view of ships and birds and Orcas out back and deer and rabbits in the front. So peaceful and serene. Comfortable beds and quality throughout home.

Perfect Whidbey Getaway
I stayed at this property with my husband and my parents and it was just perfect. The master suite looks right out onto the Sound and the bathroom is gorgeous. The other two bedrooms are tucked away but still lovely. The kitchen/living room looks out onto the Sound for gorgeous views no matter what you're doing - cooking, lounging, etc. The kitchen was new and well-stocked with anything you might need. The den with the TV is cozy and you can still see the views. The beach blanket/towels hanging up in the hall were a nice touch to be able to sit on the deck chairs out back. Everything was so clean and beautify, we would definitely come back here.

This is the perfect beach house! I am surprised that I have not seen it featured in Sunset Magazine. Not only is the beach access perfect, friendly neighborhood, well equipped home with everything you will need, and also, home is decorated with a warm, welcoming, classic touch. I hope to return!

We had a great trip to Lagoon Point! The house is right on the beach with easy access to fun in the sand. When the weather brought some rain our way, the house was the perfect respite and opportunity to put a quick movie on for the kids. Very clean, well laid out, well stocked and charming. We will definitely be back!

We had truly the most wonderful stay here! The home is beautifully designed and maintained inside and out. Thoughtful touches made cooking a delight, the kids had so much fun with beach toys and games, and no matter the weather, it is such a comfortable place to rest, relax, and spend time in good company.
