The property is in downtown. The property is inside a business building (upstairs). Overall, the property is nice, roomy, and clean! The beds are a bit uncomfortable (they don't have a whole lot of support). Other that, everything is fine.

It's close to downtown and allowed for an easy walk to restaurants and bars. This unit is located on the upstairs level of an office building, but it was extremely quiet. Great off-street parking provided. Only recommendation I would have is better lighting in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this property for your next visit to Paso Robles.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Accommodation was clean and roomy. The location of this rental was perfect - easy walk to downtown. Neighborhood was very quiet at night. Property Management were very easy to work with. We forgot a bag after checkout and they contacted us immediately to arrange for return (which we received promptly!) Loved our stay, and would stay at this location again if we are in the area!

Paso-riffic! Wonderful downtown experience

This is an unusual property so it took a little getting used to its quirks. There is a lot of unused space and doors and random furniture in unexpected places. That being said, the bed was very comfortable and the show was very good. The location is great, especially having Buena Tavola right next door--what a fabulous restaurant. Our visit was hampered by the weather so I am sure that clouded our experience (literally). The white leather furniture is not comfortable. The kitchen was mostly well equipped. We would be unlikely to return.

Once inside, this property is very spacious, clean, and fully appointed. Upon arrival it was a bit tricky figuring out how to get in, and access required traversing a dark hallway, and a steep stair climb. While that was a bit awkward, the location is fantastic, and we had a wonderful time.

The Penthouse was the perfect location in the center of town near the square with shops and restaurants. Plenty of room to spread out in the penthouse which worked well for sleeping. Kitchen was spacious but would benefit from a dishwasher and I don’t believe the ice maker worked. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and TP. Shower had a nice hand held sprayer . Washer and dryer were full size. We could not figure out the TV, but also didn’t have much time or interest to watch it. Extra touch was the interactive smart board with suggestions about the area and info. Loved the extra windows and skylights . 1bathroom worked out for our group but there is also extra bathrooms downstairs that are available for use. The keys and door codes were easy enough to use. After hours of the business downstairs made it very dark downstairs, suggest leaving some lights on in the hallway if you go out at night. Parking was on property. Would recommend!

The bottom floor has offices for massage therapists, estheticians, etc. It was quiet while we were there- we maybe saw one person, but it was a little odd. There's no outdoor space like a balcony or patio. The accommodations were comfortable, the place was relatively clean (a few dirty pieces of cookware but that is an issue with the previous renters) and it's nice to be close to town. If you are looking for a place with a lot of character, this probably is not it.

The location of the property couldn't be better. All of the downtown restaurants and shops are a very short 1 to 4 block walk away. The property is older construction, but well maintained and very clean. My initial reaction entering was a bit lower than my hopes, but the place grew on us. It was very large for just the two of us and could have easily accommodated two couples or a family. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

Easy walk to restaurants and tasting rooms from this central location. Great space, exactly as advertised. It can be dark coming / going at night because of the business space below, so be prepared to use your phones' flashlight. Would definitely stay again!
