Perfectly appointed, felt brand new, lovely decor, plenty of space, spotless and convenient. My only qualms were that the wifi was a bit spotty, and the mini splits upstairs were insufficient for the whole floor, however we were only using the two king bedrooms for our stay so it wasn't an issue. Some small flies were getting in but they mainly kept to the basement. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night several times for no reason. Overall though, I would stay at this property again.

Love the large kitchen and eating area which is all open to the family room. We also loved the separate play space in the basement complete with some toys and games. The mini splits/AC in two of the bedrooms (and on the first floor) and provided fans, located in bedroom closets, helped keep us cool in the heat wave we had. Great place and location.

This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway.

We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group and the house was the perfect size. House is very nice, everything is new and clean. Finishing basement was awesome with multiple game consoles, shuffleboard and foosball. Great location for getting around the North Conway area. A non factor for our group but there is only parking for 2 cars. We would stay here again in the future.

This house is beautiful and alot more spacious then the pictures do justice. The house is well equipped for your needs, covieniently located and worth the stay. Reccomend this home for your stay.

We all had a great time. House was exactly as described. Very clean and great location for everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.

My work has me traveling a lot, so staying in hotels is second nature to me. This has me accustomed to a certain standard of living and cleanliness, so whenever I reserve homes through private owners... they seem to dissapoint, due to a lack of common standards. That is until THIS stay. Intervale Escape is wonderful and the Vacasa team I communicated with really came through and upheld higher standards than any other house I have rented in the recent past. The house ample space for a large family with a well-kept yard, and modern amenities, but the parts that really shot this up my list of great places were the recreation room with all the games and how CLEAN it wall was. I am a stickler for clean places. Vacasa was very good about keep up with their consistent communications and were accurate with what the house had and answered my questions. I would gladly recommend staying here; it is a beautiful location and secluded enough for privacy. The beds were very comfortable with updated pillows. I loved the house and all that was in it, but one thing needed improvement: Outdoor lights were not working and they lacked some on the side that faced the outdoor seating area and grill. If they could update those, this will be a 5-star for me.

Lovely home. Game room topped it off. Only parking for 2 cars was hard.
