Lovely host who was very welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed. Safe and secure property and rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Everything needed for a budget price. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Milton Keynes!

No breakfast available, however, this wasn't an issue as there are several places to eat nearby, including a couple of big supermarkets with cafes which do breakfast.

Everything was fantastic, host was incredibly nice, smiling and friendly. Room and the house was in top shape. Comfortable bed, clean thorough the entire house. Very happy, and definitely coming back.

The hotel owner, Mr Ashraf Khan, was very friendly and hospitable. He made an extra effort to pick me up from the Train Station since it was my first time in the city. He also gave me good suggestions of places to eat in the city and after the stay called me to ask how my interview go as I went to Milton Keynes for an interview. He made me feel like family! I would definitely recommend the place.

The pricing could have been a bit cheaper. But the service was worth the money.

The rook was big and clean. Staff was very helpful and humble. Near to MK center, walking distance of 20min.

Room, location, furnishing, shower pressure, clean towels available and AMPLE parking. I had to resist the urge to park somewhere different each time I arrived.

Needed to bring an extension lead, but an insignificant issue.

Comfy bed. Quiet residential location. Good ensuite shower. Very clean. Just what I was looking for.

Room was very warm, but easily remedied by turning off the radiator.. more down to my personal taste in liking to sleep in a cooler room, so not really a bad mark against the host.

The host was very kind. I arrived very late after driving through a snow storm and yet they ware friendly and made sure all was in order. Thank you.

Ash is really accommodating as my flight was late I had to check in late and he was really keen on giving me instructions to check in even I was after the check in time. The room was clean and very spacious. Lovely staying.

Location was very good as it was an easy level walk from the town centre back to the property. We appreciated a lift from the host into the town centre after our arrival. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower is very good

Very clean, spacious room and welcoming, friendly hosts. Property is located in a residential area about 5 min of Central Milton Keynes. There is definitely ample parking outside the property, too, which is a bonus.

The room and ensuite were fabulous. Parking and location perfect.

Unfortunately, the guests upstairs were walking around until just before midnight, and the acoustics in the room I was in, and the room above, are that you can hear even when your neighbours are having a conversation. I believe going to bed at 10pm during the week is fair enough, but obviously, the guests above had other ideas. It must be wooden floor boards upstairs like it was I my room. I recommend the hosts put rugs down upstairs and respectfully, I also recommend that, as stringent as they are about noise from televisions in rooms, perhaps saying to guests occupying the room upstairs they stop marching around late at night because the guests downstairs can hear everything. The only other thing was the 1 towel and no hand towel. A smaller towel for toilet usage would be advisable.
