Enjoyed being able to walk everywhere

Impressively clean. Great communication with host. Perfect for us. Water pressure in shower was excellent! Porch is very relaxing. Bed was comfy. Only a few things to mention. Cabinets in kitchen could use some care. Elevator is out of service but walk to 1st floor not bad. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The location was great with just a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. There was a little bit of mold in the shower toward the ceiling (nothing too bad), and I feel that the condo needs to be refreshed with new paint. All of the cabinets in the kitchen were peeling, and there were scrapes on the walls and flooring. BUT I would still stay there again because of the location in relation to the beach, and also because I was happy with the cleanliness (I could put up with cosmetic defects if the place is clean). I liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, and I loved that the freezer had an ice maker. One of the main reason's I booked this condo was because of the full over full bunk bed. It was perfect for my teen and tween- they didn't have to sleep in one of those tiny little twin cubbies that some of the condos have, and they didn't have to sleep on a sleeper sofa. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend.

Exactly what we wanted! Perfect weekend getaway, quiet, close to the beach & restaurants. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels. Love the porch, plenty of seating and shade. The staff had great communication, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you

Loved this spot. We are at Tybee 2-3 times/yr and really enjoyed this place. Close to pier, south beach, shopping and restaurants. Clean and great prep and customer service. Ben and Martha

Tybee is great. From Oleander we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, even with having our two toddlers. Only thing I wish we had was curtains on the doors going out to the porch, we had to move plants and a chair in front of it to feel like we had privacy from the street (there are lots of dog walkers and cars going by late in the evening). This is a condo, so you can hear a lot of extra noise, there was a bachelorette party on the second floor and we could hear a lot, but it did not impede our fun - we kind of expected it. Overall a great getaway for our family! Can’t beat the location!

We needed a place to stay for a graduation and the beach bum parade. This location was excellent and we plan on staying here again.

Lovely roomy unit and well-located near beach and in quiet neighborhood. Unit could use some repairs - many cabinets are peeling, the icemaker in the freezer is broken and there weren't enough icetrays. The kitchen needs restocking with supplies - there was only one teaspoon and no real wineglasses or batteries for the TV remote! Each bedroom should have a small bedside table and lamp. The bathroom is quite small but the shower is recently updated with terrific water pressure. Biggest drawback - no chairs or umbrella for the beach and they were pretty expensive to rent.

Loved the location of this property. Cute little condo perfect for our family! Only complaint is the bathroom door needs to be fixed. There was a large hole where the handle/lock should be. Door was tough to open and shut without a handle and the hole gave no privacy.

Great space for a family. Location was perfect. Very close to beach access, restaurants, and shops. Southern Belle did a Brest job communicating with us if there were any concerns.

Wonderful location within walking distance of most everything, quiet neighborhood, and easy to park/drive/navigate.

The property was well- and lavishly equipped. Checkin was effortless. Was fairly priced, clean and fresh. Short walk to beach, shopping and eateries.

Loved all the windows looking out onto the veranda with rocking chairs. Everything was so comfortable and convenient. Hope to return some day soon.

Excellent place to stay. One flight of stairs to take since the elevator was out of order. Spacious living area;however, the bathroom was small. We made it fine though. Would stay here again.

Had a great week-long stay by the beach.

We loved the location to beach, shops and restaurants. Accurate to pictures, very comfortable place. Deck with rocking chairs was awesome. Upstairs bachelorette party noise kept us up until 2 am. We traveled from out of state so needed beach gear, a few places on the island rent. Bring your own beach towels. Overall, great neighborhood and easy walk to beach. Beautiful beach.

The good.. water pressure in the shower is amazing, and proximity to the beach was great. The pool access was a wonderful option to have. It was tucked back about 2 streets from the property and had plenty of chairs and a restroom. The bad.. the front (large) burners on the stove didn’t work. The freezer didn’t freeze and the fridge was barely cool. The condo upstairs was occupied by the family with a small child who ran the entire morning starting before 7am. and when they left, it was a bachelorette party who was up until 230am. We know this because the floors are paper thin.. and you can hear someone drop a quarter on the floor. Literally.. The Ugly.. the cabinets are in horrible need to repair/replacement. The bunk beds were super shakey and noisy with their cheap metal frame and the living room furniture was not comfortable at all.. The property mgmt was notified and they promptly sent someone out to look at the issues with the kitchen appliances. I was assured the freezer was working fine at 17 degrees.. shame our ice cream didn’t feel the same way. And that I could still cook on the back burners, even though the large pan didn’t fit. It was just ok as far as accommodations are concerned.. if you don’t plan on cooking for a family of 4, and are a heavy sleeper then this just might be your place.

We were looking for a quiet place with easy access to the beach for a late summer trip. Oleander Oasis was exactly what we needed. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Easy beach access and a quick walk to the beautiful pool. This location is a short walk to the grocery store, the pier and restaurants, yet is far enough down the island that there was NO TRAFFIC. No noise. We had an issue that arose on our trip to Tybee that presented a challenge when we left. Southern Belle bent over backwards to help us. I can't say enough about their excellent customer service.

Location is great, short walk to the ocean or to the river to watch the sunset. Inside is nice, but it is condo living, so you might be at the mercy of how loud the folks upstairs are.

Very nice stay in May of 2022. Property was clean and had everything we needed. We sat on the deck with the rocking chairs every night which was very enjoyable. Nearby pool was very nice and the short walk to the beach and local restaurants was a major plus. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this place for a few days with our two young kids. It was easy to access the beach and local restaurants without needing to drive. The pool was an added bonus. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer which we quickly realized was a necessity . We enjoyed our stay and Tybee!

This property is great! can walk everywhere, came with teenage kids and a 8 year old everyone had a fun time! Would definitely come again.

This was our first time to Tybee Island. This location is perfect for a Beach trip. We were comfortable, had space to spread out, we’re close to the beach, the Pier, and lots of good restaurants. The pool was convenient as well!
