proximity to the beach!

fold out couch, but they replacing it! it just didnt fold in easy... but owner helped us figured it out.

They had beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys. Very cozy and clean the apartment was. Will definitely come stay again.

Everything was wonderful! Direct access to the beach across the street and several highly rated restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

There are lights along the outside fence and the back door has a decorative window at the top which allows the light to shine into the bedroom. It is quite bright. The screen doesn’t do anything to tone down the light. Other than that, it’s great place!

It is very dark and hard to find at night. I arrived at night and really had a hard time finding the address. Additionally, I didn’t feel safe walking up to a pitch black house. There were lights on the front of the units, a fan light and lights on the fence but none of them were on. I suggest maybe a solar light near the address sign.

Clean and well stocked with all we needed. Property was right on Gulf Blvd but far enough off so traffic noise was not an issue. Very short walk to the beach.
