This property is perfect for a college group vacation. The only problems we experienced were cleanliness off the pool, the grill isn't the same as pictured online, not all TVs worked, and the microwave broke at one point during the week. The property manager was great at communication and overall we loved our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Experience was great, only improvements I would suggest would be Blankets for the beds, extra towels, and definitely improving the wifi or selecting a cable program. The only tv that worked was the downstairs living room, the rest of the tvs would not connect to the wifi so we could use Netflix or Amazon and there were no local channels either that we could try to watch. But it was overall a great experience

There were several things broken like the microwave. The TV would not keep the internet on. The tubs kept getting stopped up. We used the plunger more than I ever have at a rental. But overall we had a good vacation.

Do not waste your vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this property!! Even though it wasn’t on the beach the location was great! Easier walk to the beach than in a condominium and the greatest aspect was there was not huge crowds on the beach!! The property manager was great! Our dryer was out and as soon as they were able to get there to look at it they replaced with a new one same day!! Overall great experience would highly recommended!!

HI,

Thanks for the email. We came by and there was a big dog in the house so my maintenance guy did not feel comfortable coming in. Did they get the rest of the items fixed for you? Please let me know what else we can do to make the rest of your stay better. I will relay to housekeeping the issues and concerns you had. We have not had any complaints of this nature before.

The light is the laundry room does not work, we requested that the light bulb be replaced

Their is what looks to be black mold on the ceiling on the third floor (we have pictures)

The house is filthy! Dirty floors, toilets, walls, windows, ect. Our feet are black when walking bare foot around house.

The grill is unusable and disgusting, we also had to clean up pieces of shrimp off of the pool deck floor prior to using the pool

The roof top deck door does not open, so we are unable to get outside to use the roof top deck.

The lach to the pool door does not lach, leaving the poolwhich is a safety concern for us as we have three small children.

Check in was simple. It was very clean and spacious! Walking distance to beach. Loved that it had more than the basic kitchen equipment!
