Location on the beach is great although the enclosed bar and restaurant area is missing a trick, there was a lot of concrete to look at as they faced inland, the back of the bar towards the sea

The breakfast was very disappointing, there was a large enough selection but the quality was poor. sugary watery juices, one very small sandwich toaster to make toast with for the whole restaurant, over cooked pastries. This needs some attention

The staff are all very friendly and the resort was perfect for what we wanted. Close to beautiful beaches, and nice size rooms with lovely typical decore.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Too high and too hard. There was no water in the rooms, even though you can’t drink the tap water, and no tea or coffee making facilities.

Great kitesurfing location, if you like wind, this is the place to be. Beware the beach is not suimmable during windy days as it is full of kitesurfers and windsurfers and it is quite dangerous to get into the water! However, with 10 minutes walking distance to the left, there is another fabulous beach, very busy with umbrellas and sunbeds that is perfect at all times, with a great taverna for the best food in Naxos! The hotel is very clean and quite, and providees everything you need to relax during your summer vacation in Greece!

The Italian food!

Most staff are friendly but we feel a bit isolated because we don't speak Italian. The entertaining crew(vera tour) seems only to entertain Italian guests. There was an incident that we were supposed to go on the same tour as the italians, but the responsible person did not react to us when we ask if this is the same tour because he doesn't speak good English. So we miss the bus. The hotel and the tour operator (who obviously) partner together should be more inclusive if they start receive international guests. I hope they can be open to this feedback. Thanks!

People at the reception desk are very nice

it's a village. Not a charmy place . The beach is so windy. You need a car to go anywhere
