Stayed in the one-bedroom apartment. The hosts were excellent to respond to any of my enquiries and the flat was very clean on arrival. Location is excellent and we were very comfortable.
A side lamp in the bedroom would have been helpful as the lights are bright cannot be dimmed.
Secondly the small dining bench and stools were very basic, hard and uncomfortable to sit on. There is definitely room for a proper small table and chairs (with backs on them, as opposed to stools). We also wish there would have been a small clothes horse available to hang some washing items on if one chooses not to use the dryer (to stop clothes from shrinking). We mention all of these points so that they can be considered for the inclusion for future guests and we would be more inclined for a return stay.

The apartment itself was modern and very well appointed. All the appliances seemed new. The location was central and parking was appreciated.
It was unfortunate that there was a heatwave while we were there and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. The outside sitting area was appreciated late evening.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. The location was fantastic, close to transport and shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in great conditionThe bed was very comfortable and the apartment well equipped, although we didnt do any cooking. Climate control was excellent and effective. Parking out the front was very convenient and the apartment secure behind security doors. The availability of Netflix was a bonus. The hosts were very helpful and communicated in a timely manner.
There was very little to dislike although a larger table with proper dining chairs would be a welcome addition.

We stayed as a group (2 couples) booked the penthouse apartment. It was spacious, immaculate and exceeded expectations. Pool table was a great addition. Highly recommended! Close to shops and restaurants!

A really gorgeous appartment in a fab location, sparkling clean, tons of space for the 4 of us, modern and comfy with everything you need. Great off street parking, 10 mins walk from station and handy Sainsburys across the road.
Communication was great. We're so pleased we found this little gem, and would 100% stay again.

We couldnât control the heating, it was very hot and couldnât work out how to use it so instructions for heating would be good. Everything else was 10/10.

great design - 2 apartments was in the top floor one - amazing design all you need is provided and spotless clean. great balcony, quiet easy parking outside, fast wifi and lovely host

The property was fresh, clean and tidy. Very well decorated and was like a home from home for the weekend. I would highly recommend to anyone staying close to the Warner brother studios, or just a short break. We didnât use the in house appliances e.g cooker washing machine etc but it has everything you need to be self contained. There was a generous helping of milk, tea and coffee even a nice touch with 2 hot chocolates. Will definitely be returning if over this way in the future.

second time staying at the luxury apartments. first I had the jacuzzi apartment now I had the penthouse apartment
the kids and I enjoyed it. the staff are very helpful and polite. parking is good and the apartments are literally a stones throw away from sainsburys shop if you need to do some grocery shopping. I will definitely be staying here again.
confusing how to use the room temperature control, but Iâm sure if I asked the staff they would of showed me. I just didnât want to disturb them

The property was very beautiful, clean and no fuss...just right! I enjoyed coming there after moving around the city, it felt like home and I really loved how safe I felt. I also loved that my friends could come and there's parking right infront of the property.
The wifi, it barely worked. So watching Netflix or working on my computer was nearly impossible. The host did promise that would be rectified.

Apartment outstanding very clean bed lovely to sleep in.
Everything you need like home from home. If you needed anything they were there to help. The photos do it no justice it's better in person.

Excellent location , modern apartment , comfortable bed and lovely balcony and very helpful host.
Nothing much as most was good , would like to have tv in bedroom and relaxing sofa in living room like sofa bed.
