Clean, modern appartement with washing machine, coffee machine with some capsules provided, terrace. Quiet location but outside city centre.

The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable to sleep, especially for two adults. Only 4 chairs in the living room.

Very clean and well furnished. Wellcome gift from the owners, great comunication. Parking spot in front of the appartment. Only one set of stairs. Balcony. Big fridge with freezeer.

Missing a pot in the kitchen.

We booked 2 apartments as we were a group of 7 people. Apartments were clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Close to the Gerlitzen ski resort, Villach warmbad and main road. Instructions for keys were simple and we could check-in at any time.

Lokation is ok, it's not in the center but we came to Villach for skiing so it didn't matter. Apartment was well heated by the check-in time which was a Pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing beforehand. It also has floor heating which is really nice. It's very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities

The apartment is close to the mainroad, with covered parking. The owner is very kind and flexible. Tha apartment has a terace. The kitchen is well equipped.
