This was our 9th yr coming to Cedar Key....C303 is perfect for the two of us...Nice accommodations and beautiful views!

I had 3 different units rented. The door code on one ofthem didnt work the entire time. We reported it but management went to the wrong unit so it never got resolved.

We stayed for the July 4th and the view was perfect! We had a great view of fireworks from the front porch, we never had to leave the condo and fight the crowds!

Loved that gorgeous view! There was one hiccup with the unit’s preparation: there was no bedding on the pull-out couch; but the problem was addressed quickly, and everything went well after that.

Great property located in a quiet cove in this wonderful town that is a poster for old Florida. Easy communication with the hosts..comfy bed and nice amenities. Really nice pool as well.We would recommend anyone staying here!

This place is great, 3rd floor marsh view from the back porch, Gulfview from the front. Cedar Key is small but enough amenities for all. Definitely a must-do again, very relaxing. Rent a golfcart!

Stunningly delightful. Quiet, easy going, laid back. Super amenities, awesome kitchen. Views, comfortable bed, furniture, cold ac, super clean. Awesome location, close to everything. Will absolutely be back.

The condo was exceptionally clean and in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony. Condo was perfect. Very easy to work with VRBO and the Management Company.

This visit was to celebrate my husband turning 50 so the staff let me fedex some decorations to them so our unit would be decorated as a surprise for my hubby. We've been binge watching all the Below Deck shows so when he walked in he kept repeating "Who did this?" and then he said "This is like that yacht show!" It was priceless!! I'm very grateful to the staff for decorating and they even threw in their own happy birthday card. AWESOME

The condo unit was clean, well furnished and stocked with all the necessary supplies for a great stay. The location is ideal: a short walk to downtown, Dock Street, and the marina. The back balcony overlooks a lovely slough where you can see roseate spoonbills, pelicans, and countless other birds as the tides come and go. Storage is abundant! I loved the large master closet so that all our bags could be kept tucked away. There is also an elevator nearby for ease and convenience. I hope to return!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The check in and our process was easy and the location was perfect to walk to everything in town. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Condo as advertised. Clean. Nice King bed. Nothing needed .
Nice pool. Great fishing dock a short walk. Thought we'd go out to eat a lot, but the Market (grocery store) had everything we wanted to eat in. Best idea yet was renting a golf cart. I think we traveled most of the island roads. It was a great trip!

Cute and comfy condo that was in a great location. Cedar Key is very small but reallly relaxing and laid back. Our condo was cozy and perfect for our family.
