Parking next to the property and back garden is good for smoking,a lot of rooms,and a nice kitchen, big TV

This is something you should know before you go . There are no chairs at all but a lot of desks so a little bit strange. For me this is a problem I'm working a lot on my laptop so sitting on the bench they're providing is not comfortable.

Simple and easy to book. Check in and out was contactless and hassle free. Property was clean and tidy. Parked the car right next to the property, which was perfect.

The only issue I can give is booking.com states we need to pay a cash security deposit for the stay, however when we checked in we needed to bank transfer instead. Can't knock our stay other than that.

The beds were clean and comfortable. When I telephoned to report cleanliness and damaged items I was dealt with politely and promptly.

No heating on despite previous few days of sun zero temperatures resulting in us having to wear coats indoors on our first evening. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Dirty fridge. Dirty oven door and frying pan. 2 saucepans with broken handles. 2 of the 3 toilets had seats which were loose. One bedroom door handle came off. Damaged bedside table in the wardrobe. All vertical blinds in poor state.

The floors are very noisy upstairs, wouldn't choose that location again. Earlier contact regarding the deposit would have been useful.
