Great choice for visiting Hot Springs National Park and surrounding area. Convenient, clean, safe, cozy. It was so nice to have space to spread out and hang out together. Much better choice than hotel rooms!

The house was ok . Better lighting and another mirror would’ve been nice to have had . Location seemed a little sketchy . House itself was nice but surrounding homes were junky .

We had a great time. The cottage was in a great location and was clean and well appointed with a comforting security system. Neighborhood was quiet and Bathhouse row and the casino were both close. Plan to return and would recommend to friends and family. We never had a need to contact the property manager.

We came to Hot Springs for a winter getaway vacation. We enjoyed the property - it was very clean and in a good location. It is about a 30 minute walk to downtown or a few minutes drive. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed in the steep cleaning fees. To be fair, we were sent a list of the items they wanted us to handle before leaving, however there were a few items we were to handle that I have not had to do at other rental properties ( cleaning and putting away dishes, taking out trash, etc). While they are not difficult tasks, it is slightly time consuming while trying to get out that morning when we are already paying for a cleaning fee. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Cutest little house. Everything was very clean and nice. The check in and out process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

We loved everything about this lovely house. The location was in a residential area filled with historic older homes and an easy, quick drive to Hot Springs National Park. Despite being small, the house was very well-laid out and seemed much bigger than the actual square footage. The kitchen was equiped with everything for us to make coffee (traditional drip), breakfast, and evening meal. The refridgerator had an ice-maker and filtered water. One evening we relaxed on the back porch for dinner. The decor was cute, the beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, ... My girls' loved the banquet, even taking inspo pictures for their house. This house was perfect for our Girls' Getaway Weekend.

The house was just perfect. My husband and I were working in day and explored Hot Springs in evening. We were very comfortable.

We would definitely stay here again. One thing that would have been helpful is to know that the driveway is very short and the street is tight. We had a trailer and offroad truck for the park down the road. There is not sufficient parking for a trailer.

Cute, cozy cottage close to downtown Hot Springs, but in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much more than staying in a hotel. The cottage was neat and clean and had a nice deck in the back yard.

Excellent house perfect place to stay super clean a well kept very close to just about everything quiet neighborhood felt very safe during our stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay this is the one you won’t be disappointed you’ll feel right at home!

The whole family enjoyed our stay at the house. It was the perfect size and decorated so cute. It's in the perfect location to everything in Hot Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe enough to take a walk. Highly recommend!

This quaint little cottage near downtown Hot springs is less than 15 minutes from just about anything in Hot Springs. It is easy to find using navigation app. My wife and I loved the restored wood floors, a kitchen ready for your cooking needs, and best of all the excellent memory foam mattresses. If you have any questions you can text the owner/contact and they reply within a couple hours. It has a nice security system that brings peace of mind while staying there. There is plenty of room for a family of up to 6. It was an excellent place to stay and my wife and I will back.

Very clean and comfy. Super cute interior as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet. We were able to quickly get to a nice Krogers for breakfast supplies and made breakfast each morning. The hot water and shower pressure was amazing. We were adventuring all day so this was an ideal place to crash, decompress, and clean up. It is close to downtown but the walk is a bit longer and hillier than we wanted to attempt in the heat and humidity. The free parking garage downtown was a better choice. We were very happy with our overall stay and the house was perfect.

Cute, clean cottage. Near to downtown Hot Springs, but in a quiet neighborhood. We were only minutes away from many of the local attractions and restaurants. Absolutely loved the cottage!

Everything exceeded expectations with amenities and supplies in kitchen and just everything . One suggestion is a railing on front steps which would aid children and older folks.

Super clean and close to all of the hiking and biking trails that we wanted to do. Cottage was cute and cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed…except a Keurig; however, there was a coffee pot and coffee provided. Both beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our stay! It's in a great location to everything in Hot Springs. The house itself is very homey and has all the amenities you need for a weekend away. The neighborhood is really quiet and we felt safe the whole time. The beds are comfortable, sheets are soft and the towels were really nice!

We really enjoyed our time at this location. The house is very old, but updated wonderfully, which makes it so charming! Not too big, and not too small. We stayed with two children, and they enjoyed playing hide and seek and having space to move around. I was so pleased with the cleanliness (especially with kids playing hide and seek!). And everything had a space in the kitchen (versus just being thrown in a drawer or cabinet), which made things easy to navigate. Also, the washer and dryer are full size, which made doing laundry a breeze. On top of the house being great, the location is also wonderful! Very close to the National Park/downtown area as well as multiple grocery stores. If we go back to Hot Springs, we would stay here again.
