We love this house. Would be perfect if there was a bit more view but we are out of the house most of the day and in winter it’s dark early. The house has everything you need and it’s very well maintained. Skiroom is right beside the unit. It’s perfect for our ski vacation!

Fantastic location to ski slopes and town center.

We just wrapped up a wonderful 5 day experience in Beaver Creek at the St. James Place #9 location. This Condo was ideally located in the heart of Beaver Creek. It was spacious and comfortable and located within walking distance to the ski lifts, local restaurants and the area market was just down the steps below. Check-in was easy, they had a heated garage for our vehicle under the unit. We have been coming to Beaver Creek annually and this was a game changer for us. We plan on returning next year and this will be our go to place!! Thanks, Gregory

Great plaza level entry condo. My family of 5 enjoyed the condo. Kids loved the bunk room and a great location to ski and tour the village

The property was very nice. It had everything we needed. It is very close to shops and dining. We used the pool, exercise room, hot tub, and steam room. Beaver Creek is an exceptional place to visit. We will be back!

Excellent property with a perfect location In Beaver Creek Village. We enjoyed this condo for a summer trip. Well equipped and clean condo with lots of room, an awesome gym, easy covered parking and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay for our getaway weekend, everything was just as described and in a perfect location.

Overall we would have to give this place 5 stars. Very home like feel. Warm and inviting. Great location. Extremely convenient to everything in beaver creek village. Minimal walk to ski school, slopes, lift tickets, etc. We loves everything about Beaver Creek. Kitchen was well appointed. Not much of a view but can not beat the location. There was some previous mention of a noise problem being located close to the locker room. We had no such issues. As well this unit is located on the ground floor and facing the circular main driveway. So you can pull in and immediately drop all the bags right in the unit and load right up on check out. I would take this over a view any day. FYI to the owners. There is minimal to no water pressure in the guest bathroom sink. Just kind of dealt with it but did not report. Also there was an issue with electric heater wall unit. reported it and maintenance came but do not know that it was truly fixed. Other than these hiccups the place was all we could have hoped for. Thank you so much.

Good location, clean/spacious property. Not a good view and it’s loud by the fitness center/ski locker door at night. Overall good experience.

Property was just as communicated on website. It was a great size for our family of 6. The master bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the king sized bed. We skiied for 5 days - it was an easy walk (5 min) to the lifts - closest lift was Haymeadow Express so we always started there. Ski locker storage was just next door to the condo. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and ice skating! St James was wonderful- the front desk was so helpful with any needs we had (Everything from restaurant recs, helping me find stamps and the little hot chocolate and coffee station.). Loved the hot tub overlooking the plaza. Great stay!!!
