Quelques traces de pas visibles sur le sol de la salle d'eau, ce qui laisse à penser qu'il n'avait pas été lavé. C'est dommage.

Petit hôtel sympathique disposant en plus d’un parking gratuit, très propre personnel très sympa et présent le soir ce qui est très rare dans un 3* très bon rapport qualité prix et en plus une petit bois autour pour promener son chien le top 😜je recommande vivement

I liked that we were welcome with 3 dogs in the room, which we left clean as wel of course. The location was on walking distance from the expo. There was nice walking possibility next to the hotel. The parking was easy.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Ein kostenloser und eingezäunter Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung, was bei der Durchreise durchaus wichtig ist. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei im ganzen Haus, obwohl laut booking.com angeblich kein WLAN zur Verfügung steht. Die Fenster dämmen sehr gut. Man kommt sehr gut in etwa 20 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rouen; die Bushaltestelle liegt nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück ist o.k.

Die Lage des Hotel beeinhaltet notgedrungen Straßenlärm. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das kein Problem. Wer aber bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen möchte, könnte das als unangenehm empfinden.

Tout ! Hôtel très bien situé si vous allez voir un spectacle au zénith (3min à pieds). Calme, store aux fenêtres (rare dans les hôtels), personnel très agréable et souriant. Hôtel très propre. Parking fermé, contrôlé et gratuit. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité.

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno; la doccia è molto grande. Non è vicino al centro ma per chi come me aveva la macchina, è a 10 minuti di distanza e offrono il parcheggio gratuito. Nelle vicinanze, c'è un pub buonissimo, un ristorante e un McDonald's. Il personale è cortese e sempre a disposizione.

In realtà nulla, solo il ns lavandino aveva dei problemi di scarico dell'acqua.

We often stop over in Rouen on our way from Channel tunnel down to visit family in Dordogne, but this was our first stay at ACE hotel in Parc des Expo - perfect for our needs as family with dog. We had a 4 person room with large double and 2 full size single beds for our 2 adult children - spacious, clean and comfortable - quiet room overlooking trees. Parc des Expo is beautifully developed with paths and woodland so we could walk our dog safely after long day travelling. Mix of businesses and hotels - 2 good restaurants just 2 minute walk away. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was well spread out over time so not crowded, and lots of fresh bread and pastries kept well topped up. We stayed here again on our return journey and will definitely be back!
