Property was clean.
Pool area was too packed and too hot inside. The only main elevator landing is a terrible design.

I like how clean everything was. (Park,room etc) I like early check in availability and easy no front desk check out. And the access to the water Park even day of checkout. Lots of convincing even if pricey.
Some employees like at Dunkin donuts and lifeguard were a little rude. Not all. I didn't like how there wasn't an availability for late check out for my room. Everything was a little bit pricey. Other than that we had a good overall experience. This was our second time here at this location.

Clean rooms, plenty of towels, painted nicely, and I was able to reach the front desk when needed

My big boys had a blast at ages 5 and 8. There were so many waterslides for them to ride and other activities for purchase. The food on site was decent and there were outside restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
There was only one splash pad for toddlers and I'd say our 1.5 year old had less fun. Highly recommend but for bigger kids. It was very pricey. it was a splurge for sure and would have been a waste for toddlers and little kids.

The advertisement was misleading. There weren’t any spa services and it was anything but quiet. Children were running in the halls and and we could hear yelling through the walls and above us. The air conditioning was noisy and the room furnishings weren’t attractive. Cleanliness was below average and the rug was dirty.
Families come for the water park and the elevator down stairs is like a mini grade B amusement park. I would never stay there again.
